About this condo rental
Situated in Avoriaz, this lovely condo for $270 per night is a great choice for your next break. This apartment (L'Ours Brun) is ideally located in the Festival district, close to the center of the resort, close to all shops, restaurants and ski schools and enjoying direct access to the slopes. Classified 3 stars in furnished tourism, it is furnished and decorated in a Chalet de Montagne style to offer you a warm and friendly atmosphere during your holidays with family or friends. It is also quiet and bright from its high floor and its Southwest exposure with a clear view of the mountains and the resort (see Les Ours d 'Avoriaz site). You can enjoy the sunset and even watch the shows or entertainment offered by the resort such as the torchlight descent from the apartment or balcony! Rental 7 days minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only. Ideal for a couple with two children or for two couples (maximum 4 adults). The apartment has: - a closed entrance with closet - a bedroom with window and shutters, a double bed, a chest of drawer and a TV - a closed mountain corner with single bunk beds and closet - a bathroom and a separate toilet - a furnished and equipped open kitchen (including washing machine) - a furnished dining area - a furnished and equipped living area with a convertible corner sofa - a TV with Blu-ray/DVD player and a stereo system - DVD/Blu-Ray, books, comics and board games - free Wi-Fi - a balcony with table, chairs and sleds - a private ski locker The rental includes: - the end of stay cleaning (except for the kitchen) - the bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases) Please review the house rules before renting. We send our vacationers a seasonal rental agreement indicating the rental conditions that must be returned to us initialed and signed under penalty of cancellation. Key handover and return is at the Conciergerie located close to the parking lots. We love animals, but we cannot accept them in order to avoid any risk of damage, allergies or noise. As the apartment is non-smoking, ashtrays are available for smoking on the balcony.

Excellent séjour au pied des pistes
Appartement très bien situé, belle vue sur la station et terrasse ensoleillée. L'intérieur est agréable, bien agencé et rien ne manque au niveau de l'équipement ménager. Tout est en parfait état et très propre, la literie est de bonne qualité. Les propriétaires sont facilement joignables, à l'écoute et réactifs.
Nous n'avons pas trouvé de point négatif et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Appartement décoré avec soin. Tout est bien pensé! L’appartement est très bien équipé.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de ski en étant aux pieds des pistes et au cœur de l'animation du centre. Parfait pour un séjour en famille.
Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Logement parfaitement conforme à la description, très confortable, très bien meublé rien ne manque (on sent que les propriétaires y passent vraiment leurs vacances), on se sent comme à la maison.
Localisation centrale dans avoriaz, parfait pour le village des enfants et se balader dans la station.
Pour ne rien enlever, propriétaires disponibles et sympathiques avec plein de petites attentions très agréables (messages et petit cadeau de bienvenue très appréciables).

Logement agréable avec une très belle vue sur le centre ses animations et les montagnes. Dès notre arrivée on s'est sentie comme à la maison. Il dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin et même plus. Les plus : tout aux pied de l'immeuble. Merci aux propriétaires de leur gentillesse.

Le tout confort avec vue magnifique.
Cet appartement est très bien situé dans la station d'Avoriaz; proche de tous les commerces et services, non-loin des parkings couverts également.
Il y a également des ascenseurs pour monter au 9ème étage.
Avec des enfants en bas âge comme les nôtres (2 et 5 ans), son emplacement est idéal (le village des enfants est d'ailleurs "au pied" de l'immeuble).
Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, il n'y a rien à redire; franchement parfait.
Très propre, très bien équipé dans toute les pièces, fonctionnel, chaleureux, il possède également une très belle vue sur les montagnes.
Décoré avec goût dans un esprit montagnard, il possède un charme et un vrai caractère.
Il est également très bien équipé pour les bébés; lit parapluie, barrière de lit, chaise haute, réhausseur. Il n'y a rien à amener avec nous.
Nos enfants ont adoré le coin montagne avec les trois lits superposés!
Il y a également des jeux de société pour toute la famille et des livres; un p'tit + toujours agréable.
Enfin, Delphine et Charles ont été à l'écoute et disponible tout au long de la réservation et du séjour.
Nous vous remercions encore pour ce magnifique séjour qui était pour nous, nos premières vacances en famille à 4.

Parfait
L'appartement de Charles et Delphine est très agréable, on s'y sent bien, pas à l'étroit. Décoré dans un style montagnard avec goût, il est parfaitement équipé, la literie est très confortable. L’électroménager et les aménagements étant récents, aucun désagrément n'a pu être constaté, tout fonctionne parfaitement. Disposant de beaucoup de rangements, tout dans cet appartement est étudié pour que le locataire passe un bon séjour, la salle de bain est spacieuse, la cuisine bien équipée, le salon et la chambre sont très confortables. La vue depuis le 9ème étage est splendide sur la station et la montagne, et bien qu'étant en plein centre de la station le bruit reste modéré, et fenêtres fermées on n'entend presque rien. La station étant très animée il est normal d'avoir un petit bruit de fond en journée.
J'ai été très agréablement surprise par l'organisation des propriétaires, à l'écoute et disponible. Pouvoir séjourner dans un tel lieu en oubliant tous les tracas du quotidien était une vrai chance et je les en remercie.

Nous avons passé 1 semaine dans cet appartement avec nos 3 enfants.
L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé. Y a tout ce qui faut pour faire la cuisine notamment appareil à raclette et fondue.
De nombreux placards pour y ranger nos affaires.
Il y a aussi des jeux et des livres.
L'appartement est hyper bien situé, au coeur de la station, un vrai pied des pistes!!! Le bonheur avec des enfants...
Nous pouvions déjeuner tous les midis à l'appartement sans "perdre" trop de temps.
Nous reviendrons!

Un séjour inoubliable
Ce séjour dans ce joli appartement en plein centre ville d'Avoriaz nous à redonner goût à la montagne. Avec sa vue exceptionnelle sur la station et ses pistes, l'appartement est idéalement situé à quelques pas des forfaits pour le ski et des commerces. Le logement est tout équipé et décoré avec goût. Quelle joie de découvrir dans un des placards l'appareil à raclette, a fondu et la crêpière ! Chaleureux et comme à la maison ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Tout simplement Parfait !
Pour le dire simplement, tout était parfait : le temps, la neige, et l'appartement.
Pour avoir fait beaucoup de locations en montagne, nous avons particulièrement apprécié la propreté et l'agencement de l'appartement, ainsi que l'ensemble de ses "fournitures" (matériel de cuisine, service plus que complet, etc).
Les propriétaires étaient aux petits soins, que ce soit lors de l'échange de mails ou de leur appel à notre arrivée pour voir si tout nous convenait.
Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !

Un emplacement idéal dans une superbe station !!
Nous avons adoré cet appartement qui est IDÉALEMENT situé au cœur de la station ! Tout se fait à pieds ou à skis, un pur bonheur :) De plus, l'appartement est très bien équipé et très bien agencé, tout a été pensé pour nous faire passer un agréable séjour. Autre atout incontestable : la magnifique vue sur la station !! Vraiment pour une première expérience familiale au ski, nous avons été conquis !

L'idéal , tout simplement
Appartement chaleureux, confortable , cosy et extrêmement bien équipé. Depuis la literie jusqu'à la moindre petite cuillère , la décoration , le confort ,tout est parfait , très propre et de bon goût. Draps et serviettes ( de très belle qualité ) nous attendaient à l'arrivée. Les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles et très attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires. Notre arrivée tardive et départ aux aurores n'ont posés aucun problème, très bonne organisation . La situation centrale est bien pratique ,on a absolument tout sous la main. L'étage élevé offre une vue magnifique. Difficile de faire mieux !

Un nid douillet avec une vue d'exception!
On se sent tout de suite bien dans cet appartement bien agencé, cosy, suréquipé et extrêmement bien situé. Nous avons passé un magnifique Noël et étions ravis de pouvoir profiter pleinement des spectacles directement du balcon. Le spectacle pyrotechnique pour le départ du père Noël était grandiose! L'appartement était propre et les serviettes et draps nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Petits couacs avec la conciergerie qui ont vite été rattrappés par des propriétaires serviables ayant le souci du bien-être de leurs locataires.

Appartement idéal avec situation exceptionnelle!
Le description du bien est conforme à la réalité et est très précise.
L'appartement est exceptionnellement bien fourni, agencé, pratique et comporte de nombreux espaces de rangement.
A notre arrivée, le ménage était très bien fait, les draps et serviettes prêts et l'accueil sympathique.
La situation en plein centre d'Avoriaz avec une vue plein sud est un atout!
On sent directement que les les propriétaires aiment et profitent de ce petit bijou! Ils sont très sympathiques et donnent de très bons conseils. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!
