Situated in East Gull Lake, this attractive cottage for $999 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Large 4 bedroom /3 1/2 bath Cottage on the shore of beautiful Gull Lake. The cottage is a four bedroom with four baths. The cottages at the resort are spacious and have an open living concept to serve family's staying together. The game room in the lower level provides extra space for family fun. The bedrooms are large with two of the bedrooms having on suite bathrooms providing plenty of privacy. Master Bedroom is lake side with a King size bed and private bathroom. Guest Room 1 on the 2nd floor has a vaulted ceiling and is as large as the Master bedroom. It sleeps 2 with a queen size bed. The kids love Guest Room 2 with its bunkbeds (queen mattress below and single above). This room also has vaulted ceiling and a walk in closet. There is a Jack'n'Jill bath shared by Guest Room 1 & 2. Guest Room 3 is on the lower level and has a queen bed. The 2nd floor Loft overlooking the lake has a sofa sleeper. The lower level family room has a sofa sleeper with oversized flat screen TV and game area. All bedrooms and living areas have a flat screen TV except Guest Room 2. The kitchen is large with expansive SileStone countertops, double bowl stainless steel sink, and top of the line Kitchen Aide range, microwave with direct vent outside, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator with ice maker. The dining room seats 6 with an extra leaf for expanded seating. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. Your family will also enjoy Lakeside Lodge Restaurant, Dock 77, nearby horseback riding, trap and skeet shooting, go-carting, miniature golf, water slides, Brainerd Zip Line Tour and snow boarding at Mount Ski Gull, and Brainerd International Speedway. For race enthusiasts you will find Brainerd International Speedway which is the state's only host to the NHRA National Drag Racing event in August each year. BIR also hosts snowmobile, water cross events, motorcycle road racing and a host of other motor sports events. If you are interested in pontoon adventures, there are rentals available or the Resort captains can guide for sunset cruises, lunch or dinner at lakefront restaurants, or even pan fishing for the kids.

This lake home was perfect for our family. With three levels there was plenty of "space" for parents and children. Located above the marina docks with space for our jet skis and right next to the resort property, we had easy access to all the amenities of the resort. We also enjoyed several excellent BBQ lunches on the deck. The service was excellent and all employees went out of their way to make sure we were well informed and having a good time. We will return.

The Quarterdeck resort is a great place to stay and is only getting better with their new construction that has been completed and more in the process now of being added. The villa we stayed in has breathtaking views of Gull lake and boat ramps a short walk away. The new restaurant and patio area is a hopping place for a nice summer dinner and drink or if you want your own space, the kitchen in the villa is equipped with dishes and pans for your own cooking. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The Managers were very nice and accommodating. I will definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Our family rented this property and found it to be just a described. We had 5 adults and 2 children (toddler and infant) and found the space comfortable with plenty of room to be together or have some quite time away from the active toddler when needed (the loser level is wonderful). There is plenty of boat activity that that the little one loved watching. Our daughter and son-in-law popped over to the newly opened Jake's restaurant right next door and loved it. Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. Ryan went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and Patti was a pleasure to deal with when making our arrangements. The only caveat we had was the beach was not really convenient for the little tiny children. We had brought a little pool that we blew up and used on the patio which worked great. They are in the process of adding more villas and as they continue to grow I expect that the beach situation will get better. We had a marvelous time and would return in the future.
