The beauty and tranquility of the Ozark Mountain Foothills await you at the Lil Green Acres Cottage. This rustic bi-level house is perfect for the whole family. Located on the Little Red River, the two-bedroom, two-bath cottage offers a magnificent view of the river. It has one king size bed, a full-size bed and one twin-size bed. The living room is large, (includes 2 sofas and 2 chairs) has plenty of windows, and a 32" Flat Screen HD TV with cable programming. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee-maker.
There is a screened-in porch and an outdoor deck overlooking the river. Try the excellent trout-fishing off the new private dock. Fly-fishing is only a half-mile away at Cow Shoals. You need only bring your groceries and personal belongings. Come stay with us at Lil Green Acres and enjoy all the Ozarks has to offer.

The cabin was clean. It was easy to check in and the fishing was good.

Cabin was exactly as described. Rustic , comfortable, and clean. The beds so comfortable. Trout fishing great off the dock. I caught my biggest rainbow and brown trout off that dock! We fished all day and sat around talking and playing games at night. Wonderful memories were made. Check in was smooth. Check out as well! Mr. David was a great host.

Love the quaintness and charm of this treasure. We have stayed several times at Lil Green Acres and made a lifetime of memories there. Even caught fish!

Good place for active young people ,not so much for old people with bad knees. The floors in the cabin were not level.
