Situated in Miami Beach, this charming condo for $395 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. 750sq ft Large Jr suite in the Fontainebleau Hotel's Sorrento Tower. Kitchenette (mini-fridge, sink, microwave), large balcony and 1 full bathroom. Access to Hotel facilities and 2 spa passes (grants access to the Fontainebleau Lapis Spa) are included in the rate. Bed setup: The suite has a two queen size beds and one full size sofa sleeper. The unit sleeps up to 6 people with 1 additional rollaway bed rented from the hotel for $60/night. Other things to note Please note the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge, not included in the rate, has been increased affecting reservations booked after January 15th, 2024. Slight changes may still apply to the information below. Mandatory cleaning fee is not included in the rate, and is charged by the hotel upon departure. DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $155 + tax (no service provided during stay). Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $80/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $155 plus tax. Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee. Prices are subject to change. Guest Access The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. Other details to note: HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid. Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking.
