Steven was very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Plenty of space for my dog and I with a fenced in yard. House is located in what appears to be a busy neighborhood but I found my stay very quiet and peaceful. No troubles at all during my stay. Close and easy commute to downtown KC MO and KC K

We stayed in this great little house for two and a half months. The neighborhood is older but very friendly and safe. Steve was wonderful to work with and was always available to answer questions. The bed is very comforable as well as the other furnishings. Having Google Fiber available was amazing and spoiled us to other internet and cable service. We enjoyed having a full size washer and dryer. The lower patio and upper deck are both nice areas to spend time outside. We would not hesitate to recommend this house to our friends or family.

My girlfriend and I came from out of town to visit relatives over the Christmas/New Year's season this winter, and initially chose this rental due to its close location to NKC and its very afforable price range. Little did we know that we would be getting the perfect place for our stay in Kansas City. When we arrived, we were initially struck by the extreme cleanliness of the house. In addition, there were basic food items that proved to be extremely useful for us while we were there, as we did a good deal of cooking while at this house. The location of the house was also perfect. Due to the quick access to the highway system in main downtown, we could essentially be anywhere in Kansas City within 15 minutes of walking out the front door - something that was a huge relief for us, as we spent a good amount of time during the day traveling around Kansas City and through the Northland. The neighborhood was also quiet and felt like a regular local neighborhood. No overly showy or expensive cars and houses were to be found here, but we actually preferred it like that. It felt like we were simply the new neighbors in a quiet little neighborhood! At no point were we ever concerned for our safety - the local vibe and the security system installed in the house are more than enough to put even the slightly paranoid at ease here! We have many plans to return to the Kansas City area this year, and after this trip both my girlfriend and I know one thing for sure - we will be exclusively renting this property if it is available!
