Nestled in Kansas City, this charming condo for $82 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Centrally located in the historic Loretto Building! This unit is walkable to 39th ST restaurants & bars. The unit is stylish and stocked with basic amenities you need for your stay in one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Kansas City! The Suite is fully private&includes 1 parking space, coffee, linens, bathroom toiletries, basic stocked kitchen, plus TVs in the bedroom&living room. Mins to Power&Light, RiverMarket, Crossroads, & highways to take you across the city. This unit is filled with history! The Loretto Building was built in 1902 by the Sisters of Loretto. The building originally operated as an educational facility from 1903 to 1966. It is now a multi purpose use building filled with apartments, offices, and event spaces. This Suite can accommodate 4 guests. There is a queen bed and queen pull out couch to sleep 4 people comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for basic cooking. 1 parking space is included with the rental. If you have more than 1 car you will have to find street parking or metered parking. I am available whenever you need me! Feel free to message me anytime in the booking app. The Suite is located in the historic Loretto Building. The location is minutes to KU Medical Center, Westport District, and the Country Club Plaza. Centrally located you can get anywhere in the city in a matter of minutes. Walk to dining, coffee, shops and bars PLUS Q39 the best BBQ in town! Guests can access the building, their specific unit, shared laundry room, common areas of the apartment building and parking lot. This private suite includes: Queen Bed TV in the bedroom Dresser Full Bathroom Linens Dining Table Pull out couch TV in the living room Cookware Coffee FREE private parking Security codes for safe access into your unit Security camera (OUTSIDE ONLY) PAID laundry onsite shared with everyone in the building Bus stop directly in front of the property Rideshares available KC Street car is FREE

This property was not prepared. The only thing stocked were coffee cups for the coffee maker. No sugar no cream. No bottled water.The microwave did not work. There is no stove and they supplied a portable electric hot plate. It had two heating elements only one worked. I could not make a cup of tea without boiling water in pans they supplied that should be discarded. I documented these problems. There were no instructions for the Internet or the TVs. They never got the TV in the bedroom to work. The listing agent never called after I requested a call, I requested the call because the Linen was not up to the standards you would expect. The furniture and the carpet were stained. The shower head had no control and water came out so forcefully that it ran over your shower shoes. In the bathroom, there was a panel in the ceiling that was cracked open partially. They provided washcloths that were gray and towels that were gray. The two white towels had stains on them. The second day I was there, a woman brought clean pillowcases and towels, because I could not use those that were provided. I provided my own white washcloths. Eventually I got the Internet to work, but it was better in the bedroom vs living room. I traveled because of an emergency for a funeral that occurred over the Thanksgiving holidays. I stayed for a week because I did not want to drive in holiday traffic. I am 70 years old. Most of my meals were consumed at family members, homes, and restaurants.

This apartment was a great place to stay in Westport/KC! I was looking for someplace quiet and lowkey and this apartment was perfect, very clean, comfy bed, nice little kitchenette area, couch and tv. Also surprisingly quiet for being on the first floor by the entrance.
