The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. There was a situation that came up with the air conditioning in the room and they accommodated us nicely.
Air conditioning didn't work well in our room. The first night was a little uncomfortable.

Price for the location is the most competitive. Restaurants and shopping just across the street.
Attention to detail. Painting needs attention with minor touch up in our room. Stairs needed to be cleaned on every level. Furniture needs to be updated.

Fantastic location right next to everything you need.
