Disappointing

our room was cancelled because of electric being out in the area. We had to drive several miles out of our route to find another hotel. this was not the fault of the hotel. waiting to be reimbursed for our room.

Location and friendly staff.

On the 3rd floor in the area of 312 and 314 there is a weak spot under the tile carpet. Right by the ice machine. Seems like a hole has developed. Do not want someone to get hurt.

Bad

location. Lauren and her staff were so kind and helpful. Mother Nature dropped a delicious on Kansas City and hotel lost power.

No power no air conditioning. Untenable to stay. No hot water to shower.

Room was good. For my purposes, the location not so much. Unfullfilled promises from employees are anoying.

Nice and spacious room.

Could not access WiFi even though I am a Hilton Honors member. We are in 2023 and WiFi should be free anyway. I did not understand an amount on the bill. Front desk person could bot explain it. I was promised that the manager will contact me what unfortunatelly never happened.

The room was huge, we enjoyed it immensely!

Parking near the front entrance was limited, but back parking lot was well lit.

We are from out of town and were there for surgery at KU Med Center. Room was comfortable.

It was good. We liked the protein that was served. The coffee was good.

Everything was good.

Great location, clean rooms, very nice staff

I have stayed at this location 3 different times now. Can we please get more towel sets in the room? Every time, we've had to ask for extra or make do without. This is my only complaint and it seems like such an easy thing to fix. 2 complete towel sets for a double room, please.

Was not pleasant at all.

Staff was pleasant, parking lot was well lit.

Location was not ideal. Constantly hearing police sirens, semis driving by, people walking up and down the halls and above you. The breakfast the food was being eaten fast and nothing was being replaced. If a biscuits were out it would be 30 minutes for more to come out. I have stayed at a Home2Suites before and it was like sound proof, breakfast was on point, location didn’t worry you because you never heard police sirens going off all night. Road conditions were bad with pot poles down almost every road you took.

Great place to stay

Loved the staff, the breakfast was good. Everyone was friendly.

Bed in King Suite was not as comfortable as I had hoped. We stayed for 12 days.
