About this house rental
At the crossroads of Anjou and Brittany, between Nantes and Angers, comfortable accommodation. 2 double bedrooms (one with mezzanine for additional sleeping), large living room with fireplace, open and well-equipped kitchen. Quality materials: stone, slate, tiles. Nice view of the countryside and the vineyards. All on the ground floor. Private indoor pool (water heated all year round, max 25-26 ° in winter). 3 terraces (south and west) over an open garden. Private parking under shelter. Sheets and linen included. Barbecue and garden furniture. Very calm. Possibility to rent an independent double guest room (100 meters away).
Accepted animals. Electricity consumption included in the rental up to 30 KwH per day.
Easy access: TGV station (4km) and highway (5km).
Puy du Fou park and seaside an hour away.

After braking down on the way there, Lancashire our hostess sorted all our ongoing travel arrangements. The property is amazing and just far enough from the shops to be very convenient but also quiet. Our hosts couldn't have been any better and I'd recommend staying here 190%. Many thanks Laurence.

Absolutely a gem to find. Great area available especially for the dogs. Owner and contact excellent. Literally on site. We had both rain and dry days but got out and about locally as well. Log fire used again plenty of wood available. You can walk all around the vineyard to the nearest town but of note you have to go down to the bottom of valley and then back up so lots of hill walks but worth the view.Inside Pool used couple times. There are other properties in the same place so you are totally separate but all friendly and come to sort the horses and donkeys out in the field adjacent which is a wonderful thing to have for your morning wake up. Good kitchen, induction took a while to understand it but good. Maybe could provide an air fryer in time not essential but helpful for other guests as we all seem to use them. Oh of note there’s a hidden drawer in the main kitchen drawer for the cutlery we had fun trying to find them lol Washing machine in french but Google lens a great help. Fantastic walk in showers plenty hot water available. We’ve had a wonderful 2 weeks in Laurence & Arnaud wonderful Gîte and have booked for next year. We have had a really nice week. Me and my partner and our two dogs. The fireplace was a real bonus. There was a spacious kitchen with all the facilities and plenty of dishes; we didn’t miss anything. It was a beautiful property where you could enjoy lovely walks. From the house, you could see the horses and donkeys.

The booking of the property through Laurence worked very efficiently and on our arrival, Marie-Odile was most helpful and friendly in dealing with the arrangements for our stay. This is a very well appointed and comfortable cottage in a delightfully peaceful rural setting, overlooking fields of vines and a couple of horse paddocks. The property fully met our requirements and it proved to be an ideal location for a very relaxing two weeks stay.
