Beautiful view of the Appalachian mountains, large yard with fire pit, full length front porch, back deck and huge pavilion for parking or picnics. Family and Pet friendly with fenced side yard. Great location for Penn State football games and other events, business trips, family vacations and fly fishing. The house offers plenty of space to eat, sleep and relax. Full kitchen with large fridge, microwave, propane stove, electric oven, great water (No sulfur), two full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, living room with couch and Dish Tv. Master Bedroom and second bedroom each offer queen beds Third Bedroom offers 1 futon/double and 2 twin beds. A Rollaway bed is also available Comfortably Sleeps 8-10 The house has no carpet so feel free to bring Pets! We also have a large fenced yard to accommodate dogs. We rented this house for our family's visit to Penn State for a football game. It was close to the campus without the insane cost!! House was very clean and we hope to visit again!! Only recommendations are - 1. A light near the end of the driveway so people can see the street address. We arrived after dark and passed it at first. 2. New mattresses. The beds have long ago exceeded their use and left us with sore backs.

The house was conveniently located. The house and the premises were clean and easily accessible. Everything in the house was nicely arranged. Thank you. Just one comment- the back door couldn't be locked and the coffee maker was not working properly. Otherwise, very nice facility.

Nice comfortable house. Not fancy but lots of space the only suggestion is that directions for the TV be made available and that the "things to do" booklet be updated with more and current information about all types of recreation opportunities for adults and kids in surrounding area..

Spent a few days at this wonderful property while visiting State College. Everything was as advertised. It was a perfect, cozy home for our stay and only 25 minutes to PSU. Would stay again!

There were 9 of us in our group and the property worked out great. There was enough room to accommodate all of us. We were able to cook, play games, and more. The campus is just about 25 minutes away and was perfect for a tailgating weekend.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay at this property! The home had everything we needed, it was comfortable and clean. It was also nice having part of the property fenced off so our dog was able to run around and play. We loved the area! Beautiful views and so peaceful. We were in the area to move our daughter into PSU and the drive from the home to the campus was an easy one.

This is a great property. The weather was great so it was nice to sit and watch the great birds that are in the area. If you like to fish, it has easy access to some of the great Central PA streams, Little J, Spruce Creek. It is also an easy drive to State College area. This is the second year we've stayed here, and we will be making reservations for next year.

Lovely and restful retreat, perfect for getting away, without being too far from the essentials. (Plan on 20-30 minutes to a grocery store.) Comfortable for hanging inside, as well as on the back deck or front porch. Well-equipped kitchen with large dining area for family and friends and activities. Cute yard for kids and pups with pretty hillside views. We needed to be near Huntingdon for Juniata graduation and it was less than a half hour away. Easy access in and out, with living and sleeping all on one level. Nice driveway for parking and excellent lighting for night arrival. Well maintained and very, very clean. One of the favorite places in which we’ve stayed in this area and will definitely recommend to others!

We celebrated Christmas with my family here because there wasn’t enough room for all of us in my parents small apartment in State College. The rental was very clean and came with a good amount of cooking utensils. It was nice that they gave us a decent supply of toilet paper, paper towels and soap for our stay because we weren’t near any stores; and they were probably not open on Christmas anyway. The rural surroundings were very pretty and peaceful and we walked to a hiking trail a short distance from the house.
