In quiet residence in the heart of the forest studio 30 M2 furnished beautiful terrace of 20 m2 overlooking the forest.
Free access to the swimming pool (from June 15 to September 15) and ping pong tables. Local bike.
Click clac 2 people + sleeping 1 person + baby umbrella without mattress.
Fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric barbecue, electric griddle, kettle, washing machine and TV. Bathroom with shower bath and 2 basins.
Beautiful walks and bike in the forest of pines and oaks.
Rocky coast at 350 meters.
Access to the mine beach at 15 minutes through the forest, possibility of surfing.
Week end rental possible 54 € per night (2 nights minimum except July and August).
July August (weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday.
Our animal friends are not accepted.
La Rochelle at 1h40 / Le Puy de Fou at 1h15 / Indian Forest and Parc O'gliss at 20min / Les Sables d'Olonne at 18Kms

bons coins de ballade commerces à proximité JARD SUR MER est un très joli village
le studio loué est très fonctionnel et très bien équipé
un endroit à garder en mémoire en vue de prochaines vacances

Séjour nature et calme. Je le recommande.
Seul inconvénient, pas de réseau à l'intérieur de l'appartement pour le téléphone.

Un joli petit studio décoré et coloré agrémenté d'une terrasse qui donne sur la forêt. Quel plaisir de bon matin d'ouvrir la baie vitrée et de voir passer une biche. Piscine très agréable après une journée à la plage. Je recommande cette location

Très bonne semaine, résidence calme dans un cadre apaisant. Accéder aux plages à pied en passant par la forêt est idéal. Studio fonctionnel, bien équipé avec superbe terrasse donnant sur la forêt. Nous recommandons sans problème.
