About this house rental
Situated in Gémenos, this lovely house for $129 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Gémenos is a typical Provençal village dominated by the foothills of Sainte-Baume. You can enjoy the freshness of the green park of St Pons. The village is at the limit of the departments of Var and Bouches du Rhône, just a few kilometers from the seaside, 22km from Marseille, 34km from Aix en Provence. Located between hills and hills, it is the ideal place to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday! The house is located in a calm and relaxing environment with a view of the pine forest. Ideal for family vacations. FURNITURE CLASS 3 STARS It is organized as follows: -A bedroom with a 140 bed + a chest of drawers -A second bedroom with a bunk bed + possibility of lending a folding bed on request. -A living room with sofa convertible into a 160 X200 bed, a table for 6 place settings, fireplace, flat screen TV. View of the pine forest and stone terrace. -A fitted open kitchen with: dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, gas hob, coffee maker (Senseo), toaster, kettle, washing machine. View on wooden terrace. -A bathroom with walk-in shower. -Separate WC -1 wooden terrace at the front of the house (south) with a table for 6 place settings, 2 sun loungers, a Weber gas barbecue. -1 stone terrace at the back of the house (north) overlooking the pine forest. -1 above-ground masonry-style swimming pool (exclusively for rental). Dimensions 2.70m X 4.10m depth 1.20m across the entire basin. Removable exterior access ladder (child safety). Pool maintenance carried out by the owners. Please note: Sheets, tablecloths, tea towels, bath mat provided. Access to the house is via a private road closed by an electric gate. Private parking space for one to two cars. The house is adjoining that of the owners (not overlooked, independent garden and swimming pool) available for advice and tourist information. Walk in the pine forest from the house. DEPOSIT OF 750 EUROS (NOT CASHED) TO BE PAID ON YOUR ARRIVAL AND REFUNDED UP TO 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR DEPARTURE

Beautiful house in Gemenos
We loved staying at Virginie’s house in Gemenos. Virginie was very welcoming and she made us feel at home. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the location of the house and the pool, too!

Séjour très sympathique, le logement est très propre, dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et est décoré avec goût. Son emplacement est idéal à deux pas de Marseille, des calanques et des villages typiques de Provence. Nous recommandons vivement !

Gîte agréable dans un environnement boisé mais la route est bruyante quand on est sur la terrasse , cuisine bien équipée, terrasse sans vis à vis, piscine qui demanderait à être chauffée (20°), les propriétaires sont discrets, disponibles et arrangeants.

Très agréable et reposant
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en Occitanie et le logement y est aussi pour beaucoup ! Maison très fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût et très propre. L'extérieur est tout aussi agréable avec terrasse en bois, salon de jardin et transat. La piscine (style bassin) nous a vraiment charmée. Certe, elle n'est pas très grande (mais pas de surprise, les dimensions etaient noté dans le descriptif), mais cela suffit largement pour faire "trempette" et se rafraîchir et y passer de bons moments en famille.
Endroit très calme, les propriétaires Virginie, Edouard et leur petit Léonard sont d'une très grandes gentillesse, ce qui n'est pas négligeable de nos jours. Merci à eux et surtout à Virginie (que nous avons vu un peu plus) pour tout et pour le petit pot de miel (fabriquer par ses propres abeilles) que nous avions à notre accueil. Très apprécié !! Nous vous souhaitons, chère Virginie, une bonne continuation et nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !

Schöne Ferien im Frühsommer
Wir haben zwei angenehme Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Einrichtung und Umgebung waren so wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Vom Ferienhaus aus kann man schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir hatten unsere E-Bikes dabei, haben diese aber nicht oft nutzen können, da für unseren Geschmack zuviel Verkehr auf der Landstraße, die sogar über einen Fahrradweg verfügte, herrschte.

Ruhiges Feriendomizil für den Sommer
Wir haben das Ferienhaus bei sonnigem, warmen Wetter genossen. Abkühlungen im Pool waren wunderbar. Der Sitzplatz auf der Terasse hat uns sehr gefallen.
Die Vermieter waren nett und haben bei einem Problem sofort geholfen.
Das Ferienhaus liegt am Ende einer nicht öffentlich zugänglichen Privatstrasse. Die Zufahrt zum Ferienhaus ist nicht unbedingt für jeden PKW geeignet.
Gemenos ist ein sehr schöner kleiner Ort mit typischen französischen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Von dort sind Ausflüge sowohl ins Landesinnere als auch ans Meer möglich.

Cosy et agréable
Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires, qui se sont montrés charmants, disponibles et discrets.
La maison est vraiment à l'image des photos présentées, donc pas de mauvaises surprises, au contraire. L'environnement est très calme, c'est ce que nous recherchions. La décoration est soignée, ce qui rajoute au charme de la location.
La piscine n'est pas immense, mais suffisante et permet de se rafraichir quand on le souhaite.
Le vrai plus: les plages sont vraiment très proches, 20 mn maximum, une vrai proximité et le calme assuré en rentrant après une journée à la mer.
Nous vous recommandons vivement de passer de belles vacances à Gémenos!

Belle petite maison bien décorée, très propre avec tout le confort. Endroit très calme avec de belles balades juste derrière la maison dans la pinède. Les propriétaires sont accueillants, disponibles et discrets. Un petit book est à disposition pour découvrir la région. Pas de surprise les photos et les descriptions reflètent la réalité. Allez y !!
