Très bon séjour

L'annonce correspond parfaitement au logement, il n'y a pas de mauvaises surprises. L'appartement est à proximité de toues les commodités. La résidence est calme est bien entretenue. La place de parking est un plus très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont arrangeants et très sympathiques. Il est à noter que nous avons eu un petit peu de bruit venant de la rue, rien de dramatique et c'était pendant l'été.

Appartement vraiment sympathique ne manque rien et propre au calme avec place de parking privative les propriétaires super sympathique avec petite attention à l'arrivée (jus de pomme maison) bien frais nous avons passer une super semaine la région est magnifique nous reviendrons ca c'est sur une semaine pas suffisant pour tout faire tellement de balade et autre a voir ce vous conseil cet endroit magnifique.

Super séjour!!

Superbe petit studio dans un quartier de Clermont-Ferrand plein de charmes. La résidence, très calme, possède un environnement verdoyant et propice au repos. L'appartement est en excellent état, très propre, très bien équipé (télé, lave-linge, lave vaisselle, multitudes d'ustensiles de cuisine) et très bien conçu pour optimiser l'espace. Le matelas est très confortable, chose à noter car cela n'est pas toujours le cas dans les petits studios. Le plus pour ce petit appartement : la place de parking comprise dans la location qui permet de ne pas avoir à chercher une place en fin de journée!! Pour résumer, un très bon séjour dans un superbe appartement avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et arrangeants. Je recommande sans hésiter si vous avez besoin d'un pied à terre sur Clermont-Ferrand!

Appartement très bien situé dans le vieux Monferrand, parfaitement équipé avec beaucoup de soins et beaucoup de goût, literie parfaite, propreté idéale, à proximité des commerces et du tramway, idéalement situé pour rayonner dans la région, propriétaire très sympathique, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle région.

nous avons passés une excellente semaine. Appartement conforme à la description. très bien tenu, proche des commerces, restaurant à proximité, 400 m du tram. Un plus les draps sont fournis ainsi que le linge les serviettes de toilette. Je recommande cette location.

Semaine parfaite avec une météo favorable. Appartement en très bon état ,il ne manque aucun appareil,les serviettes et les draps sont fournis(chose rare en location). Sincéres félicitations aux propriétaires. La visite de l'espace Michelin est recommandée ,quant aux randonnées le tour du Puy de Côme laisse un merveilleux souvenir
