"Sunset House Upstairs" is a two-story residence with the downstairs, upstairs or both levels available for rentals, and includes a private pool! Enjoy the relaxed feel of Florida away from the hustle and bustle of traffic and crowds. This is the way a vacation is supposed to be. Sunset House has an unobstructed view of the Gulf and is steps away from the most beautiful sugar sand beach anywhere. THIS IS THE UPSTAIRS PORTION OF THE HOUSE, 2BD 1.5BA. THE POOL IS SHARED WITH THE DOWNSTAIRS UNIT!!! Sunset House Upstairs has an unobstructed view of the Gulf and is steps away from the most beautiful sugar sand beach anywhere. Sunset House Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and has just been renovated with new kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, counter tops, and new paint throughout the house. It has a huge deck with Adirondack chairs and a patio table with chairs to view the beautiful sunset views over the water. There is a queen bed in the master and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping arrangements. Bed and bath linens are provided. New 65 inch flat screen in the living room. Full kitchen with icemaker in the refrigerator, stove and oven range, dishwasher, microwave and toaster. Fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, silverware and utensils. There's also a one car garage. This is a non-smoking unit. Please restrict smoking to outside areas. "Free Wi-Fi" There has been a lot of beach refurbishment since Oct 2018, including the sand dunes and sea oats, as well as new boardwalks and pathways. Mexico Beach is just as beautiful as ever! The beach is very safe for families. There is no undertow due to being sheltered by the St. Joseph Peninsula and an offshore sandbar. Sunset House Upstairs is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. ï¿½Free Wi-Fiï¿½ ***PLEASE NOTE: THIS RENTAL HAS WIFI, NO CABLE, THERE ARE SMART TVs*** CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
