Well ventilated, it is close to the owner's home. He is alone and completely independent. The property is completely fenced. No hassle for parking, it is private and secure, closed by an electric gate. PRIVATE POOL - SOLARIUM - Exclusively reserved for the tenants of the bungalow. Fresh water, 3X6m, maximum depth 1.60m, equipped with hydro massage bath and aquagym, access by staircase serving as beaches, hidden from the vicinity and secured by wooden claustras panels of 1.80m around. To satisfy your curiosity about this love nest, simply send us a simple request, and you will, in return, have all the useful and detailed information on the rental, map, photos and booking methods. IT IS IDEAL FOR A COUPLE WITHOUT CHILDREN. You will be offered on arrival: 1 bottle of homemade maracudja punch (very good feedback from our tenants) beware alcohol abuse is dangerous, 1st breakfast, 1 basket of local fruits, 1 composition of tropical flowers, and the TV magazine of the week. The bungalow is built in red Brazilian wood, with a total surface of 38m2, including a main room with a bed of 180x200, with mosquito net, and a sofa bed of 140. An Lcd TV with sat channel decoder and a DVD player. A wardrobe with chest. This room is air conditioned. - A bathroom with shower, sink and WC. - An American kitchen with a large flat pass to the terrace. Equipped with a microwave, a mini oven, 2 electric ceramic hobs, a 140 liter tip-top fridge with a preservative tray, 2 storage units, top and bottom. ( See photos ) - A 10m2 terrace, with a table and 2 chairs for the dining area, and two relax armchairs for relaxation and rest, with a view of the garden which is planted with tropical plants and flowers, as well as sugar dispensers for birds (hummingbirds, sugar bowls ...). Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance, le bungalow est très mignon et bien équipé, sans vis a vis avec une piscine privé, la localisation était parfaite pour nous, toutes les activités et les plus belles plages étaient à plus ou moins 30min de route avec de beau paysage et la mer (sans bouchon parisien :) ).
Les propriétaires Josiane et Bernard sont des amours, d'ailleurs nous vous remercions encore pour les petites attentions durant le séjour et les petits punch excellent concocter par Josiane.

Un coin de paradis sur terre
Il y a tellement de chose positive à dire que je ne sais par où commencer :
-descriptif du logement fidèle à la description
-emplacement parfait pour visiter toute la Guadeloupe
-logement très propre, très fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine pour cuisiner
-draps, serviettes changé toutes les semaines, un vrai plus
-la piscine, solarium un vrai bonheur pour se rafraîchir et bouquiner
-le jardin orné de ces fleurs et des colibris qui viennent vous voir tous les matins rendent la journée féerique
- les propriétaires sont adorables, plein de bon conseil, discrets et très sympathiques
- un dédicace spécial pour le punch maison de Josiane et les accras de Bernard que nous avons eu la chance de déguster !
Au final, tout est parfait et on y retournera avec grand plaisir

Quittez Pointe à Pitre et son tumulte, bienvenue à Moreau dans ce charmant bungalow entouré de plantes tropicales et visité par des colobris !
La location proche des commerces est propre, très bien équipé pour se relaxer avec sa piscine privée, sa cuisine et sa terrasse ombragée !
Les propriétaires Josiane et Bernard sont à l'écoute et nous accueillent avec une corbeille de fruits et un délicieux planteur !!!
Situé en Basse terre, aux portes de la route des Mamelles, à 20 minutes de la zone commerciale Jarry, c'est l'emplacement idéal pour sillonner la Guadeloupe d'ouest en est !!! Parfait pour un couple épris de nature et de sérénité ! Je recommande

Emplacement idéal pour se balader entre la basse terre et la grande terre. Location parfaite pour un couple, la piscine est appréciée pour se rafraîchir, et les petits attentions de nos hôtes vont droit au cœur.

Josiane et Bernard sont des hôtes accueillants, discrets et disponibles. Le bungalow est propre, très bien agencé et équipé avec tout le nécessaire. La piscine est aussi un plus. La localisation est parfaite pour se déplacer aux quatre coin de la Guadeloupe.

Un merveilleux séjour
Nous venons de passer deux semaines chez Bernard et Josiane. Des hôtes charmants, disponibles tout en étant discrets. La location est tout à fait fidèle aux photos et à l'annonce. Propre, bien équipé, bien agencé. Nous avons été très vite comme à la maison. La piscine très bien entretenue, est bien appréciée par ces chaleurs. Location conforme aux photos, très agréable cadre magnifique jardin . Piscine très appréciable, un vrai petit coin de paradis . Propriétaires sympathiques et très discret. A notre arrivée très beau bouquet et p’tit punch avec le petit-déjeuner prévu pour le lendemain ce qui est très sympathique et très gentil . Perfect bungalow with every detail thought of and charming and perfect hosts.
We have had a fabulous holiday,Bernard and Josiane have been the perfect hosts, they put up Christmas lights and a mini tree and on New Year’s Eve we came back to find a bottle of champagne on ice and a happy new year’s message. They left a beautiful flower arrangement on our outdoor dining table and invited us into their home for aperitifs the night before we left . They were unobtrusive but always immediately attentive for anything we wanted to ask.
The bungalow was a home from home with every detail thought of.
We have climbed into rainforest and sat in thermal pools, sailed into the sunset on Christmas Day and lazed on white sand ,palm fringed beaches beside an azure sea under a cerulean sky, paradise in every sense of the word and worth every single one of the 4,004 miles that we travelled to reach here from mid Wales Uk. Thank you for the holiday of a lifetime Bernard and Josiane !

Les proprietaires sont tres accueillant. Ils sont de trés bons conseils pour visiter l'île.
Nous sommes restés deux semaines dans le bungalow. Il etait propre à notre arrivée, et bien equipé.
En arrivant une bouteille de punch d'accueil nous est offerte. Ce qui est tres appreciable apres un long vol.
L'acces à la piscine nous est reservé et, est nettoyée tous les matins.
Le bungalow est bien situé.
Ce fut un tres bon sejour dans ce bungalow.

Ravis de notre petit nid!
Après un voyage en avion toujours éprouvant, suivi de la récupération de la voiture de location sous une chaleur humide, nous avons emprunté le trajet merveilleusement indiqué par Bernard et atteint notre récompense.
Nous longeons le mur rose, le portail s'ouvre et nos hôtes nous accueillent avec un grand sourire et une bouteille de rhum arrangé par Josiane ainsi que des fruits et tout les ingrédients pour préparer notre premier petit déjeuner...
Nous posons nos valises et découvrons notre adorable bungalow et sa piscine attenante. Mon mari me regarde et me dit "tu as bien choisi".
Durant 8 jours, nous avons arpenté la Guadeloupe, reconnaissants des conseils avisés de Bernard et, lorsque nous retrouvions nos pénates le soir, quel bonheur! une douche, une séance de relaxation dans la piscine et un apéritif en amoureux sur la petite terrasse au calme.
Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des locataires, il ne manque rien, de la planche à découper jusqu'aux serviettes de piscine, tout est prévu pour un séjour serein et le bungalow est tenu dans un état parfait d'ordre, d'entretien et de propreté.
De grands remerciements à nos hôtes pour leur présence discrète mais attentive. Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cette location à nos amis lorsqu'ils voyageront en Guadeloupe.

They have a very nice neighbor, Claudie, who helped translate for us when we first arrived since we don't speak French. This is the first time we stayed on Basse-Terra side of the island. It was a good location for access to the Carbet Waterfalls for hiking. It's about a 30 minute drive to Trois Rivers where twice we rode a ferry to Terra de Haut and toured Fort Nepoleon. That's a great site to see. We highly recommend this villa to those seeking quiet solitude and a peaceful setting.

A little place in paradise!
The property lived up to all our expectations. It was very well equipped, had everything we needed and we felt very much at home. Our hosts were very warm and friendly and we coped well even though my French was a bit rusty. They were there when we needed advice but never intruded. There were good up to date guide books and leaflets which we were able to read and they gave us some good ideas of where to visit.

Notre petit paradis ensoleille
C'est un grand bonheur que nous avons vécu dans cet adorable petit bungalow décoré avec soin melange de style marin et guadeloupéen superbement réussi la piscine le matin et le soir pour nous en plus avec balnéothérapie un grand plus car ça fait un bien énorme pour le corps et puis sutout les propriétaires gentils simple discret accueillant généreux enfin des gens adorable qu'il est bon de rencontrer lors de nos nombreuses expériences allez y foncer ce n'est que du bonheur à consommer sans modération !!!

L accueil est toujours excellent superbe bouquet de fleurs, fruits ponch maracuja et plus.
Endroit idéal pour visiter et nous ressourcer autour de la jolie piscine. Bungalow très fonctionnel coquet et fleuri font de cet endroit un petit coin de paradis.

Bungalow vraiment indépendant avec sa piscine, très belle décorations à l'intérieur, les proprios sont là sans être là, très accueillants et disponibles. Seul soucis, pas de machine à laver, donc penser à prendre du linge facile à laver à la main :S Petit jardin agréable pour faire des grillades en famille. Très bien pour les routards ou une famille avec enfants en bas age (2 maxi car 1 seule chambre). Tarif très interressant et belles promenades à faire aux alentours. Climat très frais vu la proximité de la montagne. Très bon séjour...

Joli Bungalow très bien équipé pour passer un agréable séjour. Bien positionné dans un cadre agréable et calme avec un joli jardin rempli magnifiques fleurs. Très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuné sur la terrasse entouré de petits colibris et d'autres oiseaux qui viennent quasiment vous manger dans la main. Idéal comme base pour partir faire les randonnées de la partie ouest de l'île qui est aussi la plus sauvage avec la forêt tropicale. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui habitent juste a coté mais qui sont d'une grande discrétion. Pour résumer si nous retournons en Guadeloupe nous serons heureux de reprendre la même location.
