A nice little hotel, lovely staff and clean.
The room was small but we managed to fit two large backpacks and two rucksacks in it and still move around.
Good shower and close to plenty of shops and restaurants/eateries.

Staff are very helpful and respectful. I think this is the asset of the property.
The aircondition in my room cannot provide its maximum coolness it should give no matter how I turn the temperature at the lowest. While this is okay for me because I prefer a warmer place, this might pose a problem to some occupants who prefer a much cooler place to stay.

In the centre of Jakarta this establishment is competitively priced. It is not luxurious but is clean and comfortable. Land value is high and it shows in the small rooms. You go here to sleep. I booked a second time and requested a room with window. Unfortunately the wall had a terribly disturbing leak, so had to move to a windowless room again. Staff were helpful and understood that I did not want to live in a box. Ok for transit or very short stays... definitely not for lifestyle.
Rooms without windows. Small size is OK but feels boxed in.
