Family vacation gone wrong!

Clean, cute and close to things to do and restaurants.

From the moment we arrived, we encountered the following problems: No hot water for the majority of our stay — from Sunday through Tuesday — despite multiple calls and messages requesting assistance. A broken garbage disposal that was never fixed. No functioning AC or heat, which made the space uncomfortable at times. The complete absence of a smoke detector in both the kitchen and hallway, a serious safety concern. A malfunctioning toilet that began to overflow on our final day, which we had to shut off ourselves before any help was sent. Despite reaching out multiple times (three calls and multiple messages) and being reassured repeatedly that the issues would be resolved, meaningful action was only taken on Tuesday — our last day — and even then, only the hot water was fixed. No plumber was sent, and both the toilet and garbage disposal remained unfixed. Given the number and severity of the issues — especially the lack of hot water and the safety concerns related to missing smoke detectors — we feel that offering only one night’s stay back is insufficient compensation. This was not the experience we were promised or paid for, and it significantly impacted the enjoyment and comfort of our stay. I would not stay at this property again, nor would I recommend it to others, which is deeply disappointing considering how much I liked the space itself. It had great potential, but the lack of responsiveness and failure to provide basic living necessities made it a disaster.

One of our favorite places to stay, but needs some updating for the price they are charging.

The location is wonderful!

No internet, flooding bathroom we couldn’t use.

very good, just wasnt thrilled by the check in/out

location was great, apt was great

check in and check out times, 4:00 check in is bad enough but we got delayed by housekeeping for an hour..checkout at ten is also unusual

Wonderful! Specially the location‼️

Location! Household/kitchen all marvelous! …and cleanliness! …oh, maybe not the feather pillows on sofas🙃

Directions for heating the unit! Not clear on what “ 3 “ ??? Items needed to be in sync? The remote for wood stove confused us?

"The location was great to enjoy everything at the port. Wish we could have visited more restaurants but an ice storm rolled in & many closed. Had to leave early to get home before freeways iced over."

The location is awesome!!

There were no curtains in the kitchen which is a privacy concern since it’s right across from a busy dock. The lack of screens on most of the windows made it difficult to enjoy the sea breeze.
