Palm Heights was incredible. Whatever property it was before, they did an amazing job renovating it into an eclectic, modern Caribbean style. The spa facilities, kindness of the staff, prompt and immediate service, and the amazing beach were just what we needed for a vacation.
We overall enjoyed the food, breakfast selection and the baked goods and desserts are a highlight, as is the sushi and Japanese food selection.
The staff and beach attendants are top notch and so, so friendly. Housekeeping was also some of the best I’ve experienced. Two cleanings daily and they dropped off an afternoon snack every day!
We thought some of the food was a little overhyped and quite expensive for what it was. There was also construction of a luxury condo next door which added some unpleasant noise on the beach, but I understand that couldn’t be helped. Resort and service fees and visitor fees add another $150-200 a night to your rate, which would have been nice to know before.

Gorgeous property. Food was excellent at all of the restaurants and cafes. We had heard great things about Tillies (which was justified) but we also loved the Coconut Club, Paradise Pizza and Dolores. What really makes this place though is the staff, nothing was too much trouble for anyone but real standouts were Luce on reception and Hassan at the CC who after just a week felt more like friends.
The quiet lounges (with the amazing Tillies cookies) were a lovely place to cool down and chill out.
We'll definitely be back!
