Located in Monmouth Beach, this charming house for $314 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Two Family House / Both Units are for Summer and Winter Rentals UPSTAIRS UNIT Sleeps 2-4. Adults only Bright and Sunny Two Bedroom unit, fully furnished, on top floor of two family Beach House. Totally decorated with a fresh Seaside theme, running throughout the entire property. Located on a dead end street!!! Located between Long Branch and Sea bright NJ. Great Room / Living Room with cathedral ceiling and a ships propelled ceiling fan, has plenty of comfortable seating and dinning arrangements. 37” LCD with Home Theater Surround System, Cable and Internet, included. Couch has Queen Sleeper, for occasional overnight guest. Pocket door to remainder of unit for privacy and noise reduction. Step out onto a very large private composite deck, with all new dinning and lounging furniture, rugs, Brand New Weber, stainless steel gas grill (with Gas) and plenty of other seating and storage for cushions. Palm tree sway, all summer, and plenty of umbrellas around the deck for shade during those hot summer days. Tiled / quartz, Kitchen fully equipped with gourmet cookware, fine china, glassware and silverware, with lots of unusual entertaining pieces. Washer and dryer are located in this unit. Two Bedrooms are divided by a sliding wall, which can turn this space into one large suite. Many windows let you have plenty of sunshine, but have included blackout shades and curtains. One Bath Room-Spotless with plenty of storage. Shower/tub. There are Two, entrances to this unit. Front door with grand hardwood staircase and a sliding back door, from deck. Hardwood floors flow throughout this unit and many decorative area rugs for comfort and noise reduction. The best is always last and that’s the fully enclosed OUT DOOR SHOWER. I stock it with many hair and body products, for my summer tenants. Lots of cool lighting, inside and out. Central air and forced hot air for the winter. All utilities are included for summer only. Large Manicured back yard, with automatic sprinklers, help keep the flowering shrubs, beautiful all summer. Veg/herb garden for summer produce. Photo opportunities, at every turn. Garage is for use, equipped with a large refrigerator, so that the sand stays out. Unload and reload coolers. Garage is stocked with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, and I have included 2 beach cruiser bikes for my tenants. Located 2.5 blocks to beach and surfing beach. Close to Rail, Ferry, Bus. Monmouth Race Track 5 mins. Beat the traffic, 1-2 hours from North Jersey and NYC. All new bed linens and comforters for all beds, including queen size pull out couch. All bathing towels and cleaning supplies are included. I leave plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, plastics, spices, to start you off. DOWNSTAIRS UNIT Newly Renovated and Totally Upgraded.! Master Bed Room- King Size Bed. Second Bedroom has Trundle Bed that can be used either as a King or Two Twin Beds. New Queen Sleeper in living room can be privatized with sliding bamboo divider wall, for overnight additional guests. Marble Bathroom with Rain Shower. Fully Tiled Kitchen with Granite Tops and Bar. Table seating for 6. All new appliances. Laundry Room with front load appliances. Two entrances with one being a sliding door to step out side to a cobble stone patio equipped with plenty of dinning and seating. 48' 360' Swivel TV, Home Theater, Cable, and Internet, allows viewing from all areas in this area. All towels, sheets and comforters provided. Central Air and ceiling fans in each room. All cool lighting through out house and landscaping. Garage fridge available with Beach chairs and umbrellas. Driveway and plenty of street parking always available.

Denise really has thought of everything in this unique beach rental! And the location is perfect! The place is beautiful and meticulously maintained - inside and out. The pictures only tell half the story. The beach and pool (and snack bar) were perfect for us and our six year old son, too. We also spent many nights at the beach and pool pavilion, with dinner packed, picnic style, and watched the sunset. Really wonderful vacation. And just a great all around beach vibe. We LOVED our stay here! Thank you Denise! Looking forward to next year already!

We rented the 2nd floor unit for 3 weeks and from the day we moved out all I could think of was moving back in the next summer. Summer is here and I am counting the days until we arrive again. This house is beyond what you can imagine...It is just as beautiful and pristine in person as it is in the pics! It was the most relaxing summer of my life! It is so warm and welcoming that I felt like I was moving out of my own home the day I left. I never once felt like I was in a rental. The owner is as nice as the house and look forward to seeing her as well. This is the house you rent once and know you have made a lifetime decision. August can't come soon enough!

You can't ask for much more from this property. The location is ideal; quiet on a dead end street, yet less than a ten minute walk to the beach. The property comes with passes to the beach club which has a pool as well. This was great because we have young kids that needed the variety of both the pool and beach. Everyone at the beach club was friendly. Besides the location being great, the house is completely furnished with anything and everything you could think of/need. Denise didn't forget a thing! The downstairs was spacious enough for our family of four. It was extremely clean, new and neat. We also loved spending time in the yard and enjoyed the fresh veggies from the garden. Denise also had the most organized garage with an abundance of chairs, a wagon, a cart, bikes, beach toys, etc. for our use. It is in close proximity to many good restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property to ANYONE looking to get away for a relaxing beach vacation. It was as if we were staying in our own home, not a rental. This is by far the best beach house we've rented. Thank you Denise for a wonderful vacation!
