ILE TUDY EXCEPTIONAL LOCATION, FEET IN THE WATER:
In the heart of historic Ile Tudy, facing south, the house enjoys a magnificent view from all rooms.
It has a charming enclosed garden with garden furniture, Weber barbecue, outdoor hot water shower and direct access from the garden to the beach, as well as a large wooden terrace from which you can watch your children playing on the beach. .
Our typical island house was completely redone in 2011 by an architect.
It is approximately 130m2, has a large living-dining room and American kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with shower room and separate WC.
It benefits from all the comforts: (broadband Internet; WIFI, TNT, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...).
In winter, thanks to the underfloor heating, the house is just as pleasant and you can admire the sunsets over the estuary of Pont l'Abbé by the fireside.
AT THE HEART OF TUDY ISLAND - FEET IN THE WATER

It is approximately 130m2, has a large living-dining room and American kitchen, 4 bedrooms, one on the ground floor with shower room and separate WC.
It benefits from all the comforts: (broadband Internet; WIFI, TNT, flat screen TV, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer ...).
In winter, thanks to the underfloor heating, the house is just as pleasant and you can admire the sunsets over the estuary of Pont l'Abbé by the fireside.
Tudy Island is actually a peninsula and the house is located at the heart of the tip of the island at the narrowest point of the Island. It overlooks the Pont L'abbé river (actually an arm of the sea). Facing south west, you never tire of the sunsets over the water, the comings and goings of boats and birds from the nearby bird sanctuary. This side of the island is peaceful and protected.
Crossing the island by a small pedestrian street, 50 meters from the other side, you will find the large white sand beach which goes from Ile Tudy to Sainte Marine.
200m from the house, the small port of the Island with cafe, restaurant and even cinema.
For sailors, I have an anchorage in front of the house which I can leave available on request.

The location of this house is just perfect with a beach directly in front of the terasse and in the middle of a small village with restaurants, bars and a bakery.
We were all sad when we had to leave this special place after two weeks.

Fantastic place in heart of ile tudy. Lots of space and great views of the estuary. Couldn't have asked for more.

We had great 10 days, felt very comfortable and we loved to be there every single day. Small "problems" - like the dishwasher - was handled very quickly by Sophie Richard. A very cosy holiday home with a breathtaking view. Everything was
very clean, well decorated and we found a very well equipped kitchen. All
neighbours have been very pleasant and after 3 days the storekeeper of the
baguette shop let us feel as "old acquaintances". All the people have been
very relaxed and unbelievably kind and helpful. This is a perfect location! We will come back as soon as possible - thank you. Warm regards, Irene & Gudrun with family
PS: People with handicap will have no problems in this house. Much space, a sleeping room with shower and WC in the ground floor without stumbling edge.
