We asked for an additional parking pass. We were told it would be delivered but it never came. We traveled in two vehicles. The floors were a little dirty. Felt like sand on floors. Other than that it was great!

The good: 1st floor with easy beach access, near the sand shower, view of the beach, close to the poolowner did come and fix the dryer during our stay after we put in a request (dryer was missing a handle)
The bad: WiFi is so slow it’s unusable, no umbrella service (some other Maravilla properties include it); unit is in disrepair—master bath door is so loose it will lock you in (also put in request, wasn’t fixed); spare bath toilet is not bolted down; kitchen cabinets cracked/broken; master drawers fall out and half are unusable; master closet very difficult to open; glass door to beach is so hard to open that kids/wife couldn’t open it; kitchen not stocked with adequate cooking utensils (no cutting board, blender, etc); for a beach house you would expect to see more hooks to hang towels and bathing suits-there were only 2 hooks in the whole place; pillows for the master bed were cheap and uncomfortable-bring our own pillows.
Overall, the maravilla area is well maintained and centrally located. The beach is gorgeous and the pool is fantastic. We have stayed at other Maravilla properties, and while they weren’t as well located, they were much more welcoming and cozy. We probably won’t stay here again since those other properties are comparably priced.
