Studio of 24 m2 refurbished with the only private terrace of 50M2 rated 4 * by the tourist office this year, located on the 3rd floor with elevator, and its private parking. With all the comfort fully air-conditioned, equipped with a modern, fully-equipped kitchenette with its dishwasher. The studio has lots of storage space, equipped with a 82 cm TV with 160 channels (French, foreign) and wifi, also with a 160x200 bed from Simmons, then an 80x200 sofa bed. You will also have a bathroom with a glass shower 80x80, and a washing machine.

Wir waren für eine Woche in dieser Wohnung und waren begeistert. Die Lage ist einfach top. Man wacht mit Meerblick auf und genießt den Abend auf der sehr großen Terrasse. Die Wohnung an sich ist klein, aber ausreichend für zwei Personen.
Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiter empfehlen.

Erst mal das positive, die Lage ist 1a. Direkt am Strand mit Blick auf den Strand und das Meer. Super große Terasse. Dann kommen wir aber auch schon zum negativen. Das vorhandene Geschirr musste ich erst einmal abwaschen bevor wir es verwendet haben. War leider eher dreckig und speckig. Die im Inserat angesprochene Tiefgarage war ein öffentliches Parkhaus, nicht wie man es sich vorstellt im Haus. Öffentliches Parkhaus, mit zwar nur ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg, aber auch da muss man mit Sack und Pack erst einmal hin. Die Sitzgruppe auf der Terasse hatte Sitzkissen auf den Stühlen. Die waren aber so extrem dreckig, und zwar nicht nur oberflächlich, dass wir die gar nicht erst benutzt haben. Einfach nur ihhh. Denke aber mal, dass diese den ganzen Winter draußen lagen und deswegen dementsprechend aussahen. Auf der Terasse waren auch 2 Strandstühle die man nutzen konnte. Am ersten Tag drauf gesetzt und krach, Armelehne ausgebrochen. Das Bettlaken was als Schutz dient war von oben bis unten fleckig. Flecken die durch Waschen nicht raus gehen, also keine neuen. Die Matratze darunter leider auch. Für 1 Woche war es o.k., aber noch einmal buchen würde ich es auf jeden Fall nicht.
