Super friendly staff. Updated and clean room. The property smelled clean, Both the room and the shared spaces. Also, good location/parking situation. Need a key card for entry after 11pm.
Could use better pillows but that’s typical of most hotels.

Front desk were happy to answer questions. Was reliable enough to be a place to stay as needed which was what it was for us. Wasn't really here for luxury or ammineties (not that there was much of those things) but just needed clean, affordable, safe place to stay for an event in town we traveled up here to attend.
Minor issues during check in
Broken handles/etc
Smoke alarm actually kept going off at like 9:40am due to repairs on the elevators (not sure why or how these 2 are related) which was very annoying and frightening at first. Of course no money back or compensation for anything was offered, just an explanation and "yeah sorry".
