Lovely loft conversion in old town, very accessible to local lake area and mountains for walking and cycling. Well equipped apartment- very hot in summer and great having balcony area and easy access to wonderful swimming in lake.

Urige aber schmuddlige Wohnung
Die Wohnung hat Charakter, ist aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Es mangelt an Sauberkeit (z.B. überall Spinnweben, verdreckter Herd, verrosteter Toaster), die Sitzfläche des Sofas im Untergeschoss zerbröselt, über Jahre angesammelt Lebensmittel stehen in einem Schrank. Lt. Vermieter gab es ein Versehen und die falsche Wohnung wurde gereinigt. Da wir keine Lust hatten einen weiteren halben Tag zu verlieren und der Reinigungskraft beim Putzen zuzuschauen, wurde uns als Wiedergutmachung die Gutschrift der Reinigungsgebühren angeboten. Dies empfanden wir als nicht angemessen, aber ein weiteres Entgegenkommen seitens des Vermieters gab es nicht. Die in der Beschreibung der Wohnung genannten Fahrräder und Kanus können im Ort ausgeliehen werden, gehören aber nicht zur Wohnung. Somit ist die Beschreibung irreführend. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Eric in Ordnung und er war bemüht zu helfen inkl. Einbindung eines deutschsprachigen Bekannten, war dann aber im Endeffekt ganz Geschäftsmann, der sein Geld behalten will und außer mit netten Floskeln nicht bereit ist die aus unser Sicht berechtigten Einwände auch finanziell anzuerkennen. Für eine Wohnung in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Friendly host, great location
The apartment is convenient and comfortable for a family holiday by Lac Annecy. Situated in a quiet little village with a wonderful boulangerie and a handy little supermarket. Nice for bathing and walks. Monsieur Bernhardt is a considerate and conscientious host who responds quickly to all request and questions you may have.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, agréable. Très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal. Près du lac. Une boulangerie, et un petit super marché à proximité.
Nous recommandons cet appartement, nous y avons passe un très agréable séjour.

Location calme et chaleureuse
Nous avons passé en famille, une très bonne semaine dans la location d'Éric. Le logement est bien chauffé grâce à son poêle et le bois crée une atmosphère très chaleureuse. On est au calme tout en étant proche du lac et la proximité de la boulangerie (100m) et de la supérette (200m) est très appréciable. Nous recommandons cette location.

Location très agréable qui a répondu à nos attentes surtout en cette période d'hiver avec un logement bien chauffé et au calme . Pièces de vie spacieuse et conviviale , grande salle de bain et couchages adaptés pour 2 adultes et 3 ados . Des prestations de qualités qui rendent le séjour très agréable .

Schönes Appartement in historischer Umgebung
Schönes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartement in historischem Ortskern und ruhiger Umgebung.
Seezugang, Bootsanlegstelle, kleiner Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants - alles in Fußnähe.
Der Radweg um den See und natürlich einige Bergetappen sowie schöne Wanderungen sind auch empfehlenswert.

Riesige Wohnung in super Lage
Die Wohnung ist riesig, da sie aber auf drei Ebenen verteilt ist, mit kleinen Kindern ungünstig.
Alles ist super sauber und alle Geräte funktionieren perfekt.
Es sind nicht nur 200m zum See, sondern nur 200m zum nächsten, sehr schönen Badestrand.
Eric ist supernett, immer da wenn man eine Frage hat, aber zurückhaltend und diskret.
Und außerdem gibt es ein paar Meter weiter eine phantastische boulangerie!

La location était confortable, même si les escaliers peuvent être un handicap. La terrasse est un élément très appréciable par beau temps d'autant plus qu'il n'y a pas de vis à vis.

Fantastische Lage u tolle Wohnung
Wir haben besonders die tolle Lage im alten Ortskern von Duingt genossen (schöner kleiner Balkon, mit Blick über den sehr gepflegten Garten des Nachbarhauses hin zum See). Die (im August sehr belebte) Durchgangsstraße ist kaum zu hören. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr urig im Dachgeschoß einer ehemaligen Scheune eingebaut, hell, gemütlich durch die freien Holzbalken, und bestens ausgestattet. In einer halben Stunde ist man per Rad in Annecy und zu Fuß in 5 Minuten am See mit Bademöglichkeit. Ein gut ausgestatteter Laden und eine tolle Bäckerei sind in 100 m Entfernung.

Appartement sous le toit d' une vielle maison dans la très beau village. Rénové d'un style moderne en laissant visible la construction ancienne . Très propres et bien équipé.
On y passait une semaine en été dont il a fait extrêmement chaud, pas agréables sous le toit.
La région et le lac, les possibilités de faire le vélo - incroyablement beaux.

Comfortable apartment, great location and excellent host.
The apartment was very spacious for two adults and a child, and easily manageable, with a very useful terrace. Short distance to a very good boulangerie, OK supermarket and lakeside. Also close to good hiking terrain. Eric and his contact man Jean Claude were very amenable and easy-going. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfekte Umgebung
Schöne Ferienwohnung im Kern des alten Duingt. Sehr kurze Wege bis zur Badestelle und zu einem sehr guten Bäcker. Großer Supermarkt im 5km Entfernung und kleiner Supermarkt um die 200m entfernt. Annecy nur 10 km entfernt.
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir können dieses Domizil weiter empfehlen.

Mon épouse et moi-même avons séjourné une semaine mi-août dans cet appartement. Séjour très agréable car bien situé au cœur du village, au calme et proche d'une supérette et d'une boulangerie toutes deux ouvertes quotidiennement en saison.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns schnell heimischen gefühlt.
Urgemütlich und gut ausgestattet bot uns die Wohnung ein tolles Heim für unseren Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, wie alle Menschen, die wir dort trafen, egal wo. Das alte Gebäude hat seinen besonderen Charme und liegt im verwinkelten Kern des Dorfes. See und Berg liegen in nächster Nähe, die tolle Fahrradtrasse ebenso. Die beste Bäckerei der Gegend erreicht man zu Fuß in zwei Minuten.

SEMAINE TRES AGREABLE DANS UN LIEU MAGIQUE
La location est très agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un séjour sans problème. Belle vue du balcon. L'appartement est idéalement situé, belles prestations et au calme. Pas de problème pour garer la voiture. Nombreuses pistes cyclables, très belles randonnées : un coup de coeur pour les cascades d'Angon.
Annecy et ses environs: tout à fait génial.

Il es tres bien localisé et dans un village typique de Savoie.
L'appartement en lui même est vraiment tres bien , atypique et très original
Il offre confort et une tres belle vue sur les montagnes et le lac.
Très fonctionnel avec sa cuisine équipée et son grand salon avec ses boiseries qui lui donne tout son charme.
Je recommande car il est vraiment à côté de la piste cyclable et du débarcadère ou l'on peut se baigner.
Tout y est pour passer de bonne vacance

Un merveilleux séjour dans un superbe chalet plein de charme !
Nous sommes fan du lac d'Annecy et revenons régulièrement. Nous ne connaissions pas bien Duingt mais avons été ravis : la maison est au cœur de la ancien village très typique et calme, il y a des départs de randonnée littéralement à10 m de la maison, une boulangerie excellente à 1 minute de même qu'un petit restaurant les pieds dans l'eau... l'appartement lui-même est particulièrement agréable pour son immense pièce à vivre et sa hauteur sous plafond. La grande cuisine est très fonctionnelle, la terrasse donne sur une superbe vue avec même un petit bout de lac ! Seuls bémols à notre sens : malheureusement il n'y avait pas d'Internet contrairement à ce qui était annoncé et la literie n'est pas terrible. Mais ce sont de bien petits maux comparés à la bonne semaine que nous aurons passé !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos deux enfants dans cet appartement décoré avec goût sa terrasse avec vue est un plus très appréciable ! situé dans un petit village très calme, plein de charme et de secrets aux portes des alpes, sur la rive gauche du lac, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture de la très belle ville d'Annecy, le village est idéal pour passer ses soirées a l'abri de la foule. Commerces de proximité a deux pas, plage publique gratuite et également plage privée ou l'accueil est très sympa. Au bord de la piste cyclable, la région est un vaste terrain de jeux, de nombreuses activités nautiques mais aussi parapente, vélo, roller, randonnée.... Si j'avais juste une remarque à faire, cet l'appartement atypique n'est pas forcement adapté à des enfants en bas âge, car avec plusieurs niveaux et plein de petites marches ( ce qui fait tout son charme ) avec mon dernier de seulement un an qui commençait à marcher ça a été un sportif. Sans oublier le riche patrimoine historique et culturel de la région c'est un séjour qui vous charmera !!

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement tout équipé. L'appartement est très lumineux, bien agencé avec de beaux volumes. Idéal pour passer des vacances au calme, dans un petit village en bordure du lac d'Annecy. Randonnée, escalade, promenades, plages, etc... tout est accessible dans un très petit périmètre. Seul bémol: pas vraiment adapté pour les enfants en bas âge (de 1 à 3 4ans) cause escalier et mezzanine. Sinon allez-y les yeux fermés. Sonia & Serge.
