when the room I originally rented had a few issues they changed my room immediately without any problems! That made me very happy 🥰
the first room had issues that should have been noticed before booking it out like cable not functioning and jacuzzi tub not working!but they made up for it

Location was perfect for where I needed to be.
Gave me upstairs when requested downstairs. No cold water. Hot showers are nice but not when get burned
