It was very close to the venue
There was a mix up at check-in. Gentleman at desk said he had me down for single bed and was going to charge me 20 more dollars for double beds. I had pulled up my email and showed him I had double beds. He honored the room with no extra charge. There was a sewer smell that got strong through out the stay. Mattress needed updated and pillows/

It was a place to stay the night.
When I arrived the office was closed and nobody to let me in. Someone showed up about 15 min later to let me in. In addition, the room next to mine had several people sitting in their open doorway drinking and being loud pretty late.
