Worst hotel experience I've had

There was a bed and I was able to double lock the door for safety

Room key didn't work repeatedly, there was no remote for the TV, the shower didn't flush, room was dirty

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at

It was not pleasant nothing to like

Room was outdated smelled like cigarettes nails hanging out the carpet faucet handles didn’t work shower handle was broken shower didn’t work asked for towels was handed damp towels from the dryer breakfast was horrible had nothing appetizing and no milk for the cereal

Very gross and dirty roach filled hotel

They fact that every room had dead and live roaches and almost every room was missing 1 or 2 pieces of furniture. Just overall a bad experience and we left early

I want my money back

Not a damn thing, I didn’t even get to stay and they kept my money.

I showed up to stay and had a friend with me so dude wouldn’t let me stay because it was past 6pm. I didn’t even get a refund. Worst place ever don’t stay here. Hope this place gets shut down

Previous clients never left....(roaches)

The staff was nice.

The cocroaches, the burn holes in sheets n blankets,from how I saw the sink area and mirror,this room wasn't cleaned or wasnt finished being cleaned. Honestly if it wasn't for the snow, and not having money til the following morning,I would have never stayed there. I was worried about shutting off the lights so my babies.wouldnt be crawled.on by roaches. It had the smell too.

The worst ever

Red Lion should be ashamed to put there name on this horrible place. No smoking signs everywhere but the halls and our room was filled with cigarette smoke. the air conditioning was broke 93 degrees outside, shower had mold in the corners. sheets were wrinkled and very thin. were they clean who knows. we slept on top of the bed. Hallway was filth, walls scraped and chipped. pool closed. staff at check in was very nice and apologetic. stated he had a list of things that needed fixed a mile long but non of it was being addressed. The check out staff was very rude. this was a non refundable reservation or we would not of stayed. I will never trust the Red Lion name again.

get what you pay for.

good price. property was a recently “converted” to a Red Lion. old worn and formerly smoky. everything was cleaned and tidy as someone was trying.

location a bit rough. old and very worn.

The door to our room was hard to completely shut. There were bugs and cockroaches all over the sink and bathroom as well as some in the sleeping area.

pool was empty--hot tub was empty.......bed bugs and cockroaches(infested !)........TV was not working--Fridge not working...........Microwave not working--------no elevator---------a pile of garbage lays at the end of the parking lot....Bed was hard as a rock !..

The smell was terrible. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty. Seriously the worst place I've ever stayed. Homeless people outside, garbage everywhere. Yucky. Take it off your sight, we should be reimbursed.

Absolutely filthy in and around

If I could put 0 or even negatives I would, this place should not be accepting people and families to stay. There are cockroaches climbing all over the floors and walls in the room and throughout the hallways. Bed bugs bit all over our bodies, it's absolutely disgusting and extremely uncomfortable. Only one of the front desk managers was friendly and thankfully for his sanity he is transferring to a motel out of state, the old man is the grumpiest most impolite man, even human I've encountered, as his attitude is unchangeable. The hotel manager is completely aware of the bed bugs as I guess the staff have been "vacuuming up those b**ches all the time" and acts as if finding and getting eaten by bed bugs was a lie. Certainly, within two hours you can find a handful of bed bugs as well as cockroaches in your room. Simply walking through the hallway you may spot a couple if you keep your eyes open. I've never experienced a more unhealthy hotel. There are countless people living in that hotel for free, homeless coming to knock on their friends windows, people over dosing under the tree in the back corner of the parking lot. The location as well as the lack of rules for tenants is questionable. I understand one is able to have a beautiful and successful business even with a bad location, but the property of the hotel fits it's surroundings. I am overwhelmed at how run down a business in hospitality can be; any human deserves better conditions, especially when one is paying for better.
