Very welcoming staff. Comfortable cabin plenty of space. Room heater was good as was the temperature of the hot water. Good location for the Park.

The on sight restaurant ‘Prey’ has a very limited choice of poorly cooked food and is expensive. However, to be fair, all the Denali restaurants were of low quality and expensive.

Lovely cabins but quite small inside. The sink was in the bedroom which felt strange. An overall lovely stay & the staff were really nice & helpful. The location was beautiful

Sadly the construction work at the cabins was so disruptive. When we booked there was no mention of the work on Booking.com or on Denali Cabins website - it’s there now so be aware it really is ongoing. When we arrived on the 10th the hammers were going strong but this hotel stealing on you being out all day in the park etc so hoping you won’t be bothered and just sleep at the cabin. We were woken up at 7am by an industrial jack hammer doing piling it was impossible to sleep even with the ear plugs provided. On the 11th August the jack hammer was still going strong at 7.30pm! I understand the season and the window for construction is narrow and hotels need to make money but to charge full price when you really can’t be in your room or enjoy any of the facilities at the cabins while the construction work is ongoing is unreasonable. Upon check out when mentioned to staff it was just dismissed. Felt like this hotel was just out to make money from guests and they did not care. Be warned when they tell you the noise is 7am to 7pm it really will be!
