We loved that there were 3 beds in the room, so we could all stay together. Like a big slumber party!
It was a little dated. Small toilets.

Room was typical motel quality - clean, but nothing special. One owner was particularly helpful and went out of her way to help us manage a situation they had not created, unfortunately her husband was not quite as accommodating.
I get inflation, but typical motel quality rooms in the middle of nowhere shouldn't be nearly as expensive as a nice B&B immediately adjacent to a national park.

The room was large and comfortable. The guide and captive caption on the TV worked (unlike most hotels we stayed at).

Staff was nice and helpful, let us use their laundering machines even though it was not included. Lend us a watercooker which we needed to ask for at the reception too. Location was ideal to visit Bryce NP from.
The bed was horrible. Not only highly uncomfortable (and I'm not a difficult sleeper) but also not level. Were a few dead flies at the shutters. One of four curtains was missing, one more had multiple holes in it.
Now we could have said something about it at the desk and they might have helped us, though it was only for 2 nights so we didn't bother too much, maybe we were just unlucky with this room.

Very large and clean room! Firm and comfortable bed. Just 20 minutes from Bryce Canyon. Great staff.

Bed and pillows were very stiff/uncomfortable. Through open curtains I could tell there were renovated rooms available however I was not given one. My room was very old and rundown. Had to go outside my room and walk closer to the office to get a wifi connection. If going to Bryce, stay in Tropic.

It was a nice, basic and economical place to stay between Zion and Bryce. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Walked across the street and had a nice dinner at the Saloon. Excellent price/quality ratio in my opinion, and in 20 minutes you are at Bryce National Park.
The air conditioner in the window was a bit loud, but thankfully it wasn't needed at night.

It is located where they said it is.
No amenities, cranky staff, water heater only produced luke-warm water when showering. While the room looked clean, there was a musty smell in both our rooms.

I was very happy to find a room with three beds and two bathrooms! It was perfect to meet our needs. It was clean, not fancy but it had a refrigerator, microwave, a table and the price was great. It was quiet and I sleep very well.
It was an older motel. Nothing fancy but had exactly what we needed. The pillows on my bed were not the best. Luckily I brought my pillow so all was good. Two bathrooms each with a shower was an added plus.

Sweet kids and helpful! We were pretty late unfortunately given our gps took us a weird way and the son of the owner was super helpful getting us checked in. Very cute little place and would stay again. Love the fresh mountain air in the morning!

The place was very clean. The units were old, but fairly recently remodeled. A few units were being remodeled during our stay. The rooms were large and comfortable. The front desk was helpful in answering my questions. The location worked for us. Half hour from Bryce Canyon. 1 hour from cedar breaks. Then close enough for our exit to zion
It is older - the updates are nice. But if you need everything current this is not your place. Everything was extremely clean though
