Nestled in Sundance, this charming cabin for $255 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Time for a couple's getaway, a personal timeout or attend business meetings? This is where you want to be. Fresh mountain air, a stream, comfortable bedding, and essentials are all here! A short drive up Provo Canyon brings you to the little slice of heaven in Big Pine Canyon in Sundance, Utah. The world-class restaurants at the Resort or Owl Bar provide gathering places for your business or pleasure dining & entertainment - and your drive is 3 minutes. Walking distance to Sundance Mountain Resort We live here on the mountain and in the main house on this property. We are always available by phone or text for any questions, recommendations and assistance you might need. A three minute drive or a ten minute walk to Sundance Resort and the award winning restaurants to satisfy all your dining needs. The Foundry Grill, breakfast, lunch and dinner; the TreeRoom, dinner only for that special event; the Owl Bar with burgers and great bar food and the best staff ever (music on weekends - adults only); and the Deli for sandwiches, soup, coffee, smoothies and yummy cookies and pastries. This upstairs suite is entirely available for your use including the two outside decks. There is a hot tub and outside shower at the main house - 30 yards away and is available for your private use. The laundry facilities are on the main floor and available for you to use as well. The shower is seasonal and is useable after the snow ends. Private entrance, up the stairs and you are in your own one bedroom suite. Designated office space is hidden in the armoire for your convenience and necessary office time. Check your email, work on presentations all the while looking out at the stream! The best form of transportation to have here in Sundance is your own vehicle. Winter travel (November thru April) requires four wheel, all wheel or chains.

This cabin was simply gorgeous! Super close to the Sundance resort and in the middle of some of the most beautiful fall colors we’ve seen! It’s on the alpine loop which is a beautiful drive in the fall. Can’t say enough good things about the beauty of this place!

It is a beautiful location and a stunning carriage house. The craftsmanship of the log construction with a stream running near it is a fantastic combination. We would highly recommend this place for your next romantic and relaxing getaway.

We loved every minute of our stay at this beautiful place! I was stunned by the stream flowing right next to it! We got ready here for our mountain hike elopement, and it was perfect - we had everything we needed to be comfortable. This place felt like a little piece of mountain luxury. The wood interior was seriously incredible. Our favorite memory was seeing the stars through the pine trees at the hot tub. We will definitely remember this place for so many years to come and we cannot wait to come back and celebrate some anniversaries. Do not miss out on the chance to stay here, we would recommend it to everyone!!!

My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and 1st year anniversary and loved the atmosphere the simple space provided. It was very refreshing to spend time together alone in the mountains in this cabin, to hear the rushing water from the stream 24/7, to smell the woody, pine needle scent of the cabin, and to feel the coziness of warm, soft light. We'd recommend this place eagerly to couples we know and wish we could spend longer and longer in this perfect get-away. We dream about coming again next year.

We come here every year!! We love it!! The cabin is so cozy and relaxing. We went hiking and kayaking. Saw the sound of music. Enjoyed all the good food that Sundance has to offer. We ended up bringing our two grandkids for a couple of days. They loved it!! Enjoyed the hot tub a few times. One thing I missed was the couch on the desk. I love to lay on it and read my book and take a nap. We will be back next year!!!

My wife and I spent a relaxing birthday weekend at this cabin and it was everything we could ask for and more. It was warm, comfortable, cozy, and beautiful. Inside and outside the cabin was pure perfection.

Romantic and peaceful place in the mountains but still close to other cities for activities and dining. Has everything that you could need for your vacation for two. Convenient for wandering around Park City, hiking or time on the water. The beautiful creek rushing by is quite unique.

We celebrated our 33rd anniversary there. Must say, we again enjoyed our stay there. The weather this week was a winter wonderland which we loved. Look forward to returning during the fall and taking some scenic drives that are currently closed because of the weather.

The Carriage house is such a magical place. The sound of the creek, and nature is just amazing and so relaxing for the soul. Everything is so clean and tidy and the bed is so comfortable. Lynn and Pam are the most gracious and kind hosts. We look forward to visiting again.

Delightful and different accomodations. The cabin setting is unique. The furniture and decorations are grand and comfortable. Having our choice of patio was extravagant. Loved cooking our own dinner on the grill with a bottle of wine next to the rushing creek. Loved our stay.

What a find! We so enjoyed our stay at this unique mountain property within walking distance of Sundance. The stream rushing by provided an amazing ambiance. The home is custom built, high quality, with 2 outdoor decks where we spent most of our time morning and evening. Not much of a kitchen, but we didn’t come to cook! Loved it.

The Carriage House is beautiful and a serene. We were greeted very warmly when we arrived. It was so cozy and relaxing, we would have loved to stayed longer. There are beautiful hiking and biking trails nearby. We fell asleep to the sound of the little waterfall creek outside the window. Who could ask for more?
