The property significantly exceeded our expectations. I’ve stayed in number of rented houses and they all have been worse than they appear. This was the opposite and that the property was significantly nicer than even the pictures. Bathrooms were spotless.Everything worked. TVs were newWho was clean, the fire pit worked there was a basketball court volleyball courts. I can’t say enough positive about itThe owners were gracious and helpful

Great property for families staying at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was very clean, spacious, and fully stocked. We will recommend this property and the entire Coop Diamonds complex to our teams that will come in the future.

This house was perfect for our group of 5 families and definitely made our week in town for
Dreams park a wonderful experience. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The basement was perfect for the older siblings while the bathrooms for each bedroom gave everyone plenty of privacy and convenience. The grounds were also perfect. With the pool, the basketball court, ping pong, fire pit and volleyball there was nothing else that we wanted or needed. A huge thanks to Mark and Debra for being great hosts! Some of us are returning next year and hope we can rent this house again. 10/10

This is a wonderful property! The hosts are so welcoming and gracious. It was a perfect location. The house is stocked with everything you need.
