About this villa rental
Our listed weekly rate is for 4 people. Additional people are $175/week per person (children 12 and under are discounted half, please contact us for the age discount). Property is not suitable for ages 6 and under.
MINIMUM RENTAL AGE 25. Owner approval required prior to adding more guests after initial booking agreement.
We have minimum booking lengths set but will consider shorter bookings. Please inquire directly for shorter bookings.
You are ON THE WATER. Walk out your front door and down the private walkway into the Caribbean. Swim and snorkel over coral reefs at water’s edge that are home to colorful tropical fish. A short way out is a broad sandbar 3 to 5 feet deep that is excellent for wading and swimming.
Sip morning coffee on our dock at water’s edge. Enjoy breakfast in the gazebo or veranda. Relax in the hammocks. Grill your evening meal on our shaded veranda while you catch the cooling breezes and watch the sunset.
We provide four kayaks that can be launched from our sea walkway for exploring Rainbow Bay.
Rainbow Beach is a minute stroll away. Shallow and calm it is a wonderful beach for kids and adults and offers great snorkeling along the jetty. Relax under tiki huts with picnic tables and benches (seasonal). We provide noodle floats, beach towels, and beach chairs. It is a ten minute walk from Dolphin House to the Atlantic side of the island where you will find more beaches to explore.
Dolphin House offers privacy and year round comfortable living inside and out. Our huge veranda has comfortable seating areas, tables for dining that sit four or six, two reclining loungers, lounge chairs, and a propane grill.
Two of our three bedrooms have sea views and en suite bathrooms. These bedrooms are situated at opposite ends of the home with kitchen and living/dining area in between. This floor plan provides privacy and distance. The third bedroom with bath off the central hallway has a view of gardens front and side. Open the doors and windows and enjoy natural breezes from the Caribbean and the Atlantic. Ceiling fans and standing fans in all rooms contribute to additional air flow.
Just outside our veranda doors you can enjoy noodle floats, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, hammock lounging, and grilling without ever having to get into a car. Rainbow Beach is just a minute walk away.
But of course Eleuthera offers so much more. Be sure to explore deserted beaches, local community shops and restaurants. Meet friendly people with welcoming smiles. Visit Eleuthera and Dolphin House. You will want to return.

The house very clean. The host is fabulous with great communication. The kitchen and house was the best stocked property we have ever rented. There are grocery stores, liquor stores, restaurants and souvenir shops close by.

Dolphin house was an amazing stay with beautiful views of rainbow bay right in the backyard. As others have stated, it felt more like a home than a vacation rental. The kitchen had all cookware needed for making breakfasts and dinners, as well as containers for our lunches when we were away exploring the island. The house was perfect for having a relaxing day in the back yard enjoying Rainbow Bay and the water.

This has been our 11th trip to the island of Eleuthera in 5 years. We usually like to try out a new rental with each visit.....UNTIL NOW. Dolphin House, HANDS DOWN will be our "go to" home away from home moving forward. You ABSOLUTELY will not find a better location or better views anywhere else on the island. The covered porch facing the Carribean is so spacious and comfortable with AGAIN....the most amazing views ever. The yard is absolutely gorgeous too with lush tropical plants surrounding the home. We loved using the kayaks too!! But there are so many fun beaches and adventures in the area so you want to head out and explore too!!The home itself is super comfortable and stocked so well, especially the kitchen with anything you could ever need. It felt more like a home than a rental. I honestly cannot express how amazing our stay was!! Kendra, the host, was absolutely the best and was so kind and accommodating and with a personal situation we had before our stay. I cant say enough nice things about our trip!! We have already booked the Dolphin House for two more visits over the next year. Thank you again Kendra for sharing your beautiful home with us. We can't wait to be back.
