About this bed and breakfast
Situated in Salt Lake City, this attractive bed and breakfast for $248 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. You'll be just blocks away from everything this city has to offer. Walking distance to just about everything downtown including the Utah State Capitol, Temple Square, City Creek Mall and City Creek Canyon. If you are visiting Salt Lake City for a convention, skiing, or anything else this amazing city has to offer, this is the perfect location. Easy access to shopping, restaurants. bars, and skiing. Most within walking distance of your front door. You will be just 20-30 minutes from Park City and several major ski resorts. Inside you'll find tasteful furnishings throughout as well as fresh clean towels and sheets. Outside you will find your own private patio overlooking the pool. Off street parking is available and a hot tub is on the property. This is not meant to be a party house. If you are looking to party, please keep looking. This is our guest home attached to our main residence, please be respectful of our property and our neighbors. FYI the pool is generally opened up for the season around Mother's Day and closed for the winter around the end of September depending on weather. The pool is winterized and closed for the entire winter.

This is a lovely property. The hosts were very nice and helpful when we needed anything. The guesthouse is exactly as it looks in the pictures (maybe even better in person!) The location was perfect for us, close enough to downtown but not right in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the interstate so getting to and from everything was very easy. We were here with 3 adults and there was plenty of space for all of our things and never felt cramped. The backyard/ pool area felt like we were at our own little retreat. Just the space we needed to enjoy our weekend!

I can't say enough great things about the property and the owners. My mom and I had a fantastic time. The pool and all of the amenities were an amazing part of our stay. The place is very clean and has everything that we needed plus more. Will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay here, just feet from the Capitol. The house was lovely with an amazing backyard compete with pool, therapeutic hot tub, and tons of quiet space to lounge. The neighborhood was fantastic and the proximity to all things Salt Lake City has to offer can’t be overstated. The hosts really make the extra effort to make sure everything is perfect. I will definitely stay here again.

This vacation rental was perfect! Beautiful pool area & patio! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The washer & dryer came in so handy. The location and the atmosphere were great! So much to do in this area & whether you're enjoying the city or hiking in the mountains you can come back for a nice swim before heading to a fabulous SLC dinner!!

As stated, this place was very cozy. We stayed over a week and this place was perfect. Great location, walking distance to so many things, host was great and helpful, I can't say enough about how much I loved this place. Can't wait to go back!

It is a delightful place right near the Capitol. It is very well laid out. We cooked most meals and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The property was OK, the main living space was clean, but the bedrooms pillow shams and comforters were not so clean, specifically the pillow shams to the bedroom we slept in. They were pretty smelly (BO) all bed coverings should be washed per guests stay, entire bed cleanliness is a must to make it a truly comfortable stay, the bed sheets and pillow cases and blanket were clean but had old stains; the laundry closet should have doors being that it is in the bedroom.
The doors inside should be re-stained.
I was disappointed with these things because the property was rated high for cleanliness and that’s why I selected it.

Our problem came from why we came to Salt Lake City from out-of-state: a kidney transplant for my wife at the University of Utah Research Hospital. This is a serious surgery, and we were required to remain for five weeks following the procedure.
What wasn't shown in the photos is the distance from parking and the number of concrete steps (15) to climb to get there. This was hard for my wife before the procedure, and near-impossible afterward. So I had to rent another place with underground parking and an elevator, which meant paying double-rent for a period of time.
If we'd been in town for any normal purpose, this would have worked out well.

Was really dusty, we both woke up with allergies. Pool was covered, didn't know look like it was in use. Was just dingy and not what we had hoped for. Sent email to owner and all I got back was that we were wrong - good service! We checked out two days early.

This property was perfect. It is clean, offers all the accommodations, you need and is located within walking distance of many landmarks. I would enthusiastically recommend this to anyone. The hosts are extremely accommodating and friendly. I will definitely repeat. I really liked their dogs who greeted me often as I came and went. Thanks Kyle, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Best Honeymoon EVER
Kyle's guesthouse is by far the best short-term rental property I have ever stayed in. It was clean, had the amenities you would expect plus a hot tub, pool, and an apple TV perfect for casting. The property is so well maintained, and close to everything. Kyle was also incredibly attentive during our stay, and so so kind.

My daughters and I had an amazing time staying in the guest house. The owner was very responsive and helpful. This charming house is in a great location close to everything. You could see the Capitol from the front yard and it was very beautiful lit up at night. Kensey and Ellie were adorable. Would definitely recommend staying in this charming guest house.

Fantastic property and easy check in process. We had a challenge with the road noise at night, particularly with the bedroom that faced the street Made it difficult to sleep. But a lovely guest cottage.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment while we were in town for our granddaughter’s volleyball tournament. Nice apartment, great location and walkable to downtown. The owner was responsive when we reached out to problem-solve a situation with the TV.

Spent 6 weeks skiing and used this as my base. Perfect for a couple. Hosts were awesome and the property location is great to downtown, City Creek canyon, and the freeways. Would definitely do it again.
