A great place to stay and enjoy Saalbach.

In a perfect location in the centre of town. This was overall a good value hotel with reasonably good facilities.

The bathroom was a little small and the breakfast room was overwhelmed at peak times.

Leider nicht mehr zeitgemäß

Die Lage ist optimal.

Die Ausstattung lässt allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Tropfende Wassergähne, nicht regulierbare Heizkörper (weil Thermoststregler kaputt), völlig überalterte Sanitäreinrichtung, fehlende Steckdosen (die vorhandenen zeilweise locker und nicht ungedährlich). Die Pensio bedürfte deingend einer Grundsanierung.

Rezeption NUR zwischen 16 und 20 Uhr erreichbar! 11€ für den Parkplatz - was für Preise! Sauna nicht verfügbar, nur im ca 2 km entfernten Hotel - sehr enttäuschend!

Vynikající lokalita. Lanovky i autobus do 300m.

Čekala na nás recepční, zpozdili jsme se při přjezdu. Bohatá snídaně. Čisto. Parkování auta u penziónu se musí objednat předem. Vynikající lokalita.

good hotel, good breakfast, good location. Great if you just wanna lay down after a long day.

Places in the middle of the village, on the main street, most of the things are in walking distance.

Parking not clearly announced to be not free, too expensive and away from Hotel, price is different on different websites where the Hotel is listed. Shower is not very useful, too small.

We loved Mette! She was so helpful and friendly. We booked an extra night while we were there. She explained everything and made us very welcome. The area is great, just off the main street which I was worried about first thinking it might be too noisy. But it was very relaxing. Lovely spot. We cant wait to return.

Very nice stay, just our room needs an "upgrade".

Nice stuff, great breakfast, excellent location, local summer Card with many sales included, elevator.

Outdated room with not really comfortable beds, very tiny bathroom - once renovated, I would give it 10 of 10 rating.

To summarize... always a good choice for biking weekend with the boys.

Classic continental breakfast. Not really large choice of food but it is enough to satisfy your needs. Staff is really friendly (like always) and will help you without hesitation. They have bike room which is locked in the evening. Personally I don't miss anything while there and had always a good time.

Rooms could be renovated to remove strange odour from old floor tapestry. But since we are always away during the day, your forget about all that and the price is good, so one cannot expect too much.

Room 27 had a miserable bathroom. the hotel should not sell old rooms same price as refurbished rooms.

Pleasant for a 3 night solo skier trip. Amazing location in typical old fashioned Austrian pension.

Location was perfect with 3 major gondolas within a few minutes walking. Very close to restaurants, bars, shops, and rental shops. Breakfast was good too.

Very uncomfortable bed which was loud and very hard (suspected springs in mattress are too old). The late check in 1600 isn’t very good when one arrives earlier and would like to drop bags off to start skiing. No info about maybe one can drop bags off in a Luggage room before check in or have someone present at hotel. No chance of late check out either.

it is very close to a nightclub where people party in the street till 3 am and all the noise is right in the room, could not sleep at all

Mountains great, people a bit cold & rude

Close to city centre and in vicinity of all the restaurants, gondolas, chair lifts etc

the room was ice cold when I arrived. considering the dates and the fact that it was full winter (-6 degrees) I would’ve expected to get into a warm room, not a fridge. turned the heat on myself, no problem. took a few hours before the room got warm enough so I could have a shower after travelling for 16 hours to get there. one old man from the staff was always rude, I won’t go into more details because I don’t want to waste my time on this. long story short, I won’t go back there any time soon.

Great location, Kind personnel, good breakfast, storage for bikes.

The shower sink was bad, water stayed in the tub. The room equipment is old, but this is not necessarily a bad thing - just not modern as used in some other hotels.
