Property has some construction, but well maintained. Staff and Food were good.good value
Next to the ocean but reallly swim, good thing they have a pool.

Such a relaxing stay in Zamboanguita. Room facilities were so thoughtful it had everything you need & the staff were very welcoming. I regret that I only had 2 nights in the area, I highly recommend A Villas!

Great rooms and delicious breakfast
Very friendly staff who is willing to help with everything
We forgot one of our bags in Dumaguete and the owner went there personally to get it
Very relaxing vibes, directly on the beach
It is pretty remote from everything, but for us it was great
We took the family room and a double room ( big family). The family room was great, but the double room had weird smell (probably mold)

swimming pool. room NOT CR
bathroom: killed 3 cockroaches, almost no water pressure. it took ages to take a shower. Terrible pee smell in the bathroom during our whole stay.
breakfast was below any level.
quality of food was very low (comparing whit any other place we stayed during our 6 week trip) has notrhing to do with European taste because even my Filipina girlfriend didnt like it.All hotels need rules, but here you get a list of things you cant do, and every 3 metres theres a sign with something thats forbidden.
