The location of the condo is great. Our family enjoyed riding bikes and walking. The condo needs a deep clean, shower, floors an walls are dirty. The beds were comfy which was a plus.

Short beach trip with 4 adults and 1 3 year old. It was a great location to fractured prune, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store and more! Easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool! Would stay there again.

This is the fourth year staying in this condo which is nice but extremely over priced. Past 3 years paid 2k for the week and this year an additional 1k was added. Great home away from home
On our trip this summer it was myself, my wife, and our 2 kids ages 4 and 2. The space was perfectly clean and cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the short trek to the beach was great. Would definitely recommend.

At Home at the beach
The condo had everything we needed for our beach getaway. Beds were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The only problem was we had to go back home to the real world.

Walking location to beach, grocery shopping and restaurants. Excellent condo layout and beach deco. Why wasnt it a 5 star? Uneven floor going into king size bedroom bath. Construction in neighborhood with a dumpster smack dab in front of this condo blocking parking. Arrived with drywall busted off in bedroom caused by outside construction. Called to notify owner of prior damage and left message and text picture. NO RESPONSE OR RETURN CALL

OC for golf
We came to OC with friends visiting from Finland. Our primary purpose was to golf. We thought the property was nice. Clean, well organized and everything worked pretty well. The grill needs some work, probably should just replace it. Very dirty and rotting out. Made it work so all good but needs to be addressed. Property was being renovated, (exterior) and we were not made aware. Guys left the gate unlocked and we found wide open when we returned. It is also a bit tough to find. Need better directions once in the property to locate the unit. Need better signage to identify. I ended up going to the office for the time shares and they reluctantly gave me a map to help guide us.
We were really looking forward to using the pool and Sauna but unfortunately the Sauna was not functional. We were with Finns and lived in Finland for 3 years so that was one of the reasons we choose this location. Unit simply did not get hot...dead as a door nail! We made the most of it but with our golf schedule, we really only spent one night really enjoying the unit. The BBQ and Sauna did detract from the experience. Also no one to talk to to try and get help/support. Have to rate this only OK. A couple of small things would have made this a great stay.

Inside nicer than outside
Very nicely decorated condo inside. Siding being renovated on outside of units at the time we were there which was difficult to live with...very noisy. There were ants in the bathroom on day one. Luckily I found the bug spray under the sink in the kitchen. There was a very nice welcome bag of products for the beach for us, as well as a bottle of wine. Overall, it was ok.

Nice condo, but overall it was a bad experience
The positive: condo was very nicely furnished and well appointed. Kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you need, beds were comfy, location was great. Welcome gift bag was very nice.
The negative: indoor pool was too cold for swimming, outdoor pool was closed despite the 80+ degrees and sunny weather, tennis courts were not maintained and full of leaves. The biggest negative was the on-going construction to replace siding in the complex. The units all around us were being worked on from 7am to 6pm EVERY DAY!!! Toddler couldn't nap because of the constant banging, sawing, etc. On the shared walls for both bedrooms. Fire alarms were triggered constantly throughout the day. Everytime we walked outside, we were surrounded by upwards of 50 workers. Our two parking spots were the only ones not occupied by construction vehicles, dumpsters, etc. It was so bad that we left a day early.
We have been promised a small refund on our vacation costs and are awaiting that payment. I don't blame the owners for this situation. I blame the condo association for not advising of the scheduled construction. I have since read complaints from others about the lack of communication on behalf of the condo association. I reached out to Evolve vacation rentals but did not hear back.

Comfortable, clean & convenient! Amazing stay.
This condo was amazing - very clean and beautifully decorated in a quiet neighborhood. It is very spacious - both bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. We were greeted with a gift bag with sunscreen, aloe lotion etc and a bottle of wine - such a nice touch!. The kitchen was also well stocked. A beach cart and beach chairs were provided, and the beach is only 3 blocks or so, very close! Our 3 year old was able to walk over with us no problem! The indoor pool was a nice option to have when it rained. Overall, we LOVED the condo and had a blast! We would love to stay here again.
