WE WERE HIT BY HURRICANE IAN. PROPERTY IS 90% COMPLETELY REDONE. IT WILL LOOK A BIT DIFFERENT BUT EVEN BETTER! MASTER WILL HAVE ITS OWN BATH AND WE WILL NO LONG HAVE A BATHTUB BUT WILL HAVE 2 WALK IN SHOWERS GLASSED IN. NEW EVERYTHING AND SIMILAR COLORS BUT KITCHEN HAS BEEN OPENED UP AND NOT BOXED IN ANYMORE. PICTURES TO COME APPROXIMATELY END OF NOV. BEG. OF DEC. THE PIER WAS DESTROYED IN THE HURRICANE BUT THE BEACH AND SUNSETS DID NOT GO AWAY!!! NAPLES ITSELF IS PERFECT!! OUR POOL IS OPEN AND GUESTS ARE STAYING UPSTAIRS NOW. OURS has 2 bedrooms with Kings in each or one is a conversion and can be 2 twins upon your request. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler on wheels, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, dehumidifier and towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS. This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what was the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. A unique property amidst lovely multi-million dollar homes, and steps to the best dining and shopping....Quaint and perfect. There is a Saturday Market, and the beach just 1 block away... The condo sits right by the pool so it is easy to run inside and grab a quick drink or bathroom break yet is quiet as can be. Park your car in your reserved parking spot. Starter coffee and all the utensils to fix a beautiful meal if you don’t want to go frequent many of Naples 4+ Star restaurants! Many in walking distance from this condo on 3rd St. South to Tommy Bahamas restaurant and shops. Bring your sunblock and leave the rest to us! Maid service available at an extra charge. My children and I loved staying in this condo. It is sweet and charming with a location that can't be beat--literally across the street from the beautiful, white-sand beach, and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Old Naples. The condo is homey and comfortable and was everything we hoped for. The owner, Judy, was so kind and so accommodating, and worked super hard to make sure our stay was top-notch. Thank you Judy!!!! We can't wait to come back!

This property was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip to Naples. The hosts were readily available to answer our questions before and during the trip. The beach is truly a short, pleasant walk from the property. We saw lots of dolphins from the pier. On Saturday, we found the Farmer's Market and had some delicious ceviche and salad to enjoy at the property for lunch. We can't wait to return. Thanks Tom and Judy!

Very nice condo and decorated so cute! Everything we needed was provided. The pool was directly outside our door and very nice. Only one block from the beach and two blocks from Naples Pier. Close walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

If you love the beach and good places to eat and shop this is the place you want to rent. The pool was the perfect temperature and the beach was just steps away. Very quiet and clean complex. Plan to book again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Tom and Judy's property. It's a small, cozy and very comfortable 2 BR condo. The place was very clean upon check-in and was equipped with everything we needed for our long weekend visit. Slept well every night on comfortable bed. The condo location simply cannot be beat. It's an easy walk to everything - the beach, the Naples pier, shopping, restaurants, the Saturday farmer's market, etc. Saw magnificent sunset from the pier and the next morning went back and watched everyone (people, pelican, and osprey) fishing for breakfast :). We chose a local cafe for ours ;) Communication with Judy was easy. We hope to return to Naples at some point and would definitely want to stay here again. Thanks Judy and Tom for making your delightful property available.

Very clean, nice pool area, close to beaches and restaurants. Its very quiet, we were often the only ones at the pool. Condo is well stocked for beach equipment, kitchen appliances and lots of towels. Great location in Naples.
