EMERALD SHORES is the only residential community in Destin that has a private beach pavilion with restrooms, outdoor showers, beach service and it's very own Cabana Cafe' beachside. (No more walking the little ones back to the house for potty breaks!!!) It's available at the EMERALD SHORES beach pavilion! The ample room in this home is a great set-up for three families with the 3rd floor game room providing a private TV, foosball table and play area for the kids or it can be used as a 6th bedroom utilizing the two full-size sleeper sofas. Balconies, porches, decks and patios give you ample room to lounge around in a tropical paradise. French doors open up to soak in the tropical Gulf breezes. The home is located on the first beach street cul-de-sac in the neighborhood and is a very short walk to the beach, the large heated community pool, onsite tennis and basketball courts or restaurants. BLESSING BY THE SEA provides complimentary WIFI high-speed Internet access. An array of amenities is at your doorstep. We loved our stay here! Our family of 15 came to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday and we loved everything about this property! Short walk to the beach and the pool, Dollar General right next door, all the beach toys one could ever need and fabulous coffee shop down the road (Causeway Coffee)! It is very quiet with easy access to everything you'll need!

We enjoyed our week-long stay at this home immensely. In my opinion, the best part was the thorough and quick communication with the host; however, the whole stay was fantastic. With nine kids and two adults, this home gave us plenty of space and had great accommodations... only a few minutes walking to the beach! I highly recommend this property.

The community offers a pavilion on the beach with bathrooms and a bar with soda, beer, slushees and snacks. The house itself was perfect- the couch was huge so lots of room to spread out. There was an additional refrigerator which is great for beverages. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this home. Again can’t say enough positives about the owner.

This is a fabulous house - plenty of space for my entire family, ten adults and four grandkids, to spread out and enjoy a week at the beach. We celebrated Christmas and my son's birthday while we were here. The kitchen is big enough for several cooks to be working at the same time and is well equipped. There is an extra refrigerator in the laundry room which is great for beverages and overflow. Beds are all very comfy and the four bathrooms were sparkling clean with plenty of towels and wash cloths. The wrap around sofa in the living room is so comfortable and the living room has enough space for everyone. The property owners have done recent updates that just enhance the ambiance of the house. This is our third time staying here, and it won't be the last.
