About this condo rental
Nestled in Homer, this lovely condo for $224 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Beautiful views from a three bedroom family home, with full kitchen, living room, and laundry facilities. The close-to-town, convenient location adds to the benefit of this accommodation. We renovated this older home to retain its original charms, but also to satisfy our modern tastes and expectations. The result is quaint, bright, and utterly charming with enchanting views of Kachemak Bay, the Kenai Mountains and the Homer Spit. Every window at the front of the house - living room, kitchen, and laundry (!) offer the remarkable views we love so much in Homer.

Our stay was amazing. We were there for my boyfriend’s father 81st birthday. We had an amazing time. I love and enjoy the place very much.
The place is very clean, welcoming, and very beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. The views are spectacular especially a mother Moose and her two babies came out to the front yard with canvas mountains and bay views. I’m so happy and appreciated for sharing your beautiful home with us. I would love to come back again on the near future.

We are three couples traveling around Alaska. Kit and Phyllis’ house was one of the nicest we have stayed in.
Everything was as described and the big living room was nice for the six of us to be able to hang out as the weather wasn’t so nice.
Thank you for providing a great space with everything we needed.

Very comfortable. Wonderful property. Close to hikes, birding and activities. Had everything that we needed. Host was great with communication and made us feel welcome. One of the best vrbo we have been in!!! Highly recommended and we would stay there again. Thank you, it made our days on Homer even better!!

Spectacular mountain view, well equipped, comfortable, great hosts! Appreciated having laundry available. Main floor up a few exterior steps, then all one level was enjoyable for my handicapped friend. WiFi and Netflix worked without any issues. We would definitely return and recommend it to family and friends!

We spent a weekend in Homer. The property is in a beautiful spot overlooking a beautiful mountain range. We saw lots of wildlife right here on the property . It was clean and quiet and idyllic! A definite must if you come to Homer!

This is our second time staying at a property owned by Phyllis and Kit. They are excellent hosts: helpful and communicative. The homes are always spotless, well appointed and include everything you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen items, laundry, even board games). We did find that the mattress in the larger bedroom was too soft for us but this might be a personal preference.

Perfectly Charming!
From the moment we stepped inside this lovely historical home, we were utterly charmed. Immaculately clean, beautiful view and great location. Close to town and just a five minute drive to the Homer Spit where my husband was camped with our grandkids. Super comfortable beds, lots of fluffy towels and an inviting living area. Kit and Phyllis have provided everything you could possibly need. Highly recommend and we will be back for our next trip to Homer.

A beautiful, well equipped home that met our every need. When they set up this home they thought of it all. Super clean and comfortable. Pristine condition with quality linens, newer appliances and all the supplies you need for your stay. Conveniently located with awesome views! Book your stay now, you’ll be glad you did!

Bull Winkle’s Garden
The place is as quaint as described. We were greeted by a young moose in the yard the first morning we were there. A Perfect location for day hikes and easy access to the Homer Spit. We loved the place. It was big enough to accommodate five adults, and it is very clean. Would book again highly recommend.

Cute Cottage with Great View
This cottage in Homer was perfect! It reminded me of a 1950’s bungalow. Classic features, incredibly comfortable beds, great view, wonderful location to the main area in downtown Homer. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is very clean and comfortable and met all of our needs for a private family getaway. It's a short distance from the Spit and has spectacular views of the Bay. Phyllis is very responsive to all inquiries, which was greatly appreciated! Would definitely stay here again.
