Situated in Rincón, this lovely house for $339 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Relax and feel the serenity that this breezy 3,000 sq. ft. mountaintop private home has to offer. New AC throughout the house along with high speed internet. Located in the southern part of Rincon, this warm and inviting villa has a spectacular view for 360 degrees of the Caribbean Sea. To the east lies the continuation of the small lush tropical mountain range on which our villa resides, and to the west lies the Caribbean Sea, with Desecheo Island in clear visibility. Stand on two levels of large balconies and 1,500 sq. ft. of verandas and take in the aroma of the clean mountain air while listening to the chirp of the Coqui frogs or the sound of rain hitting the banana tree leaves. Watch the sun rise over the mountains in the morning, relax in the sun on our open veranda during the day, watch the sun set over the ocean in the evening, and look up to see the most magnificent view of the night sky that Rincon has to offer while chilling in the underground heated jacuzzi spa! The main floor of the house is spacious and breezy. Open the windows and let the trade winds gently sweep through. The ocean can be seen from the living room, dining room, kitchen and downstaira bedrooms. Fast speed Wifi internet service and a 52" flatscreen, smart tv in living room. Full bathroom and bedroom with king bed are also located on this floor and AC throughout. Walk down the beautifully adorned stairs into the bottom floor where two bedroom suites, each with queen bed and a day bed (twin). The queen beds are on an inlaid platform so that the guest can see the ocean, through French doors, while resting in bed. Full bathroom, with a view of the Caribbean from the shower, and AC on this level also. Both verandas are accessible from both bedrooms. Our villa is a 5 minute drive to the beaches, restaurants, and bars, and is located in a safe neighborhood. Nearby airports and major cities are Aquadilla (30 minutes), Mayaguez (20 minutes) Ponce (1 hour) and San Juan(2 hours). The city of Mayaguez and all it has to offer is close by. Maria’s place is everything advertised and more. We loved looking out over the ocean from the lovely balcony patio, watching sunsets and parrots and lazing in the whirlpool. Maria was so responsive and helpful, texting with information during our stay. We will definitely be back! What a find!!

We had an amazing stay, Marias villa was one of the most beautiful rentals we've stayed at! House was super clean and well equipped. The views from the verandas were breathtaking, we so enjoyed our morning coffee while taking in the spectacular views of the ocean and the mountains, so peaceful! The bed/bedding was super comfortable too and house was beautifully furnished. Loved the jacuzzi at night! Popo was awesome and very helpful and brought us avocados from the property. Definitely recommend this beautiful place, cant wait to return! Next time will stay longer!!

The mountain top house had a great view with a nice jacuzzi in the terrace. Unfortunately, there was a heat wave during our stay so the upper level of the house was hot. The ac unit in the master bedroom was outdated and did not cool the room enough. There is no ac unit in the living room. Fans were provided, but was still not able to keep the house cool upstairs. Home owner was made aware, but they did not check in on us again to make sure we were comfortable. The house was also in need of a deep clean of the kitchen cabinets, floor, and outdoor furniture. Overall the home was good and had a nice view, but has room for improvement.

Property was exactly as described and was very nice. Huge patio/whirpool/bar area outside. Beautiful mosaics outside. Unfortunately PR was in the middle of extremely terrible heat wave and, even with a great breeze, it was unbearably hot in main house common areas. Bedroom ACs did decent job to make bedroom cool enough for sleeping. Maria was very responsive host and Popo was very nice with any issues that came up.

GORGEOUS!! The manager is so kind and has great communication. It's a trek up a hill and the roads are a bit crazy however once up there it is so beautiful! The home is big and spacious and the view is absolutely stunning! Will come back again!

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this property. If you're not familiar with the typical mountain roads in Puerto Rico, it can be a little intimidating. Rest assured that once you reach the house, you won't be disappointed! Also, the owner and maintenance were very cordial and attentive to any of our needs - although all of our needs were met on the front end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

We vacationed in Puerto Rico for 3 weeks and stayed at numerous different types of properties (resorts, houses, bed and breakfasts, etc). This home was by far our favorite. It’s a beautiful drive through the mountains with an incredible view from both balconies. We decided to stay in for dinner most nights while here so we could enjoy the jacuzzi and gorgeous sunsets. Home was clean and spacious. The groundskeeper, Popo was also beyond kind and hospitable. He provided the warmest welcome and even brought bananas during our stay. Highly recommend!

The house and property are beautiful, and the view is amazing. Short drive to the town and beach. Highly recommended. One note: those unfamiliar or uncomfortable with "mountain driving" may be put off by the narrow road, inclines, and hairpin turns. We did find a slightly longer route to/from town that allowed us to avoid the sharpest turn.

The villa is perfect in every expext. Beautiful view, spacious, cozy. Popo is so sweet. He even brought us bread and fruits for breakfast saving a trip to drive down the windy road to find a market.

Maria the owner and PoPo could not have been more amazing. We had a medical issue where we needed to get medication overnighted and they helped us with where to take delivery. The property is beautiful with plenty of space for teens and adults. The chickens and turkeys were added charm. Evenings on the balcony were perfect. PoPo guided us into the grocery store to feed the teens after a long day. He even delivered fresh bread and county eggs. Great caretaker 💕

I have stayed in plenty of rental properties and this is by far the best one thus far! The listing and pictures are on point but being there and actually watching the sunset from the mountain was beyond amazing. Maria was super helpful even weeks before our checking. She sent me an entire email with locations and replied to text right away. When we landed i was having problems with cell reception and couldn't call the property manager I text her and she replied right away and contacted the property manager for me. It was such a smooth process it definitely started our vacation on a good note. I wish all property owners were as involved as Maria is. the house is super specious and comfortable. The ride up made for a fun vacation story but the views is short of amazing.. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and we all enjoyed relaxing out doors and enjoying the hot tub and sun set. I would come back and recommend this property to anyone!

Amazing views and place to relax. Great quality family time. Owners were very accesible and Popo was always available to help. They even got us treats. The place is ideal to recharge and rest, while experiencing the most spectacular sunsets. A little far up the mountains of Rincon, but totally worth it. Just a 8 min drive to beaches.

This property was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. The views were amazing. We had wonderful time relaxing out on the patio and watching the sunset from the hot tub. We were about 5-10 minutes from some local restaurants and around 20 minutes from the beaches.

If you love the sunset of Rincón, from here it looks spectacular. The property is clean, spacious and very welcoming. Open your eyes in the morning and see its spectacular view, is priceless. Popo, the manager, is excellent and very approachable. We will definitely be back!!!
