About this house rental
Nestled in Belmar, this lovely house for $1,036 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Salt Water Pool opens April 25th through October 1. We have installed an air scrubber for your safety. An air scrubber removes germs and virus' from the air and contact surfaces through UV light. This home is professionally decorated. Completely rebuilt after Sandy destroyed the home. Only 250 feet from the Ocean on Silver Lake. Use of heated in-ground salt water pool. Central air conditioning and gas heat. Silver Lake is right across the street - excellent bicycling, running or walking or Dog Walking.. First floor is an open concept floor plan. Large kitchen area with full-size refrigerator equipped with double ice makers and wine/beverage refrigerator. Dining room table opens to seat 8. Second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bath, and a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds (Sleeps 4 under 225 pounds on the top bunks or 2 adults under 250 pounds on the lower bunks. One of the living room sofas opens into a queen size bed with a 1st floor Powder room. The beach house can sleep 8 adults. There is an outdoor bathroom & shower adjacent to the pool. Cable TV in living room and both bedrooms. Free Wi-fi. Off street parking in driveway is available when street parking is unavailable. Please try to occupy free parking on the street to avoid car jockeying. A very short walk to restaurants, ice cream parlors, Coffee Shops, 7-11’s, liquor stores, grocery stores, and anything else you could possibly think of.

Booked this place for my family & I to enjoy the last bit of summer weather left. So happy I did. Looks exactly like the pictures, if not better! Vincent & Nick were super kind & accommodating. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I stayed here the week after Labor Day with my husband, 3 month old baby, in laws and golden doodle. It is just one block to walk to the beach and across from a beautiful lake with a large park around for walks. We absolutely loved having the heated pool and outdoor shower, as well as fenced in yard for dog. The house is as pictured - very beautiful and clean. The hosts were very kind and attentive. They do live in the house in front - the rental is essentially in the backyard and connected by the pool/patio space. It was nice to have early access to the pool ahead of 4pm check in. The house has everything you need for a week at the beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

I know it’s the beach that brings you to Belmar, but there’s nothing like a pool on a super hot day. Yet, the beach is less than a block away and never crowded. We fortunately got to enjoy both. The outdoor shower and bathroom were very clean and convenient.
Even better, they welcomed our sweet goldendoodle which is a huge plus. She loved having a backyard with a pool and plenty of space to run around.
The house is immaculate and comfortable, looks just like the pics. We were there with our two boys and everyone had fun. Coffee and food is just three blocks away.
The owners are super welcoming and helpful. They took care of one issue we had immediately.
We hope to return next year! Thank you for an amazing week!!

110 5th Avenue Sea Cottage was a beautiful house with a perfect location right near the beach/boardwalk. The hosts were very nice and helpful. However, the host was always around / no privacy which was not mentioned on the contract that his property was in front of the house that we stayed in. But if that does not bother you, it was a wonderful house to rent my friends and I had fun for a birthday weekend.

We rented with the intention of having a party which was unfortunately canceled due to the weather. Vince was a professional throughout the process and very helpful with his suggestions. While we couldn't use the space for what we had intended, we would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to do the same. It's a perfect spot for a beach getaway weekend.

I had a great experience. Everything was super clean. The beds were superb. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The beach is just about 800 feet away. Beautiful lake just right outside the front door. Which amazingly peaceful. You have supermarkets and restaurants less than 2 miles away. There’s also a 7/11 and Walgreens about 3 minutes away if you want something quick. Overall it’s was an amazing experience. Thanks to the host for making my family feel comfortable and for being so attentive.

This is the best place you could pick for a vacation rental. I don’t have enough superlatives to describe the indoor and outdoor settings. Our family enjoyed every moment. If I had to choose, my favorite was the heated pool, and second the close proximity to the beach.

My bridal party, mother of bride and groom, hair, makeup, and photographer came to this house to get us all ready for my wedding day! It was an amazing time and the owners could not have been more gracious. This property is directly across from a beautiful lake and gazebo, so if you are in search of a “first look” spot for your wedding - this was spectacular! Also, the upstairs bedroom has a very classy nautical vibe to it, so if you are looking for a “jersey shore” themed photo opp, it works out great! The outdoor area is also great for swimming and or popping champagne! I had a great time and hope to be back again!

This was our second year at the cottage and it was just as we remembered. Our family of three had a fun time walking to the beach and coming home to enjoy the pool. My son loved the bunk beds! Staying here feels like home away from home with all the amenities you can think of.

My family of 5 had a great time in Belmar at Vincent’s property. We have young kids (6,4 and 5 months) so the pool is key. It is quite unique to find a house at the Jersey shore that has one. Our two oldest were in it constantly. The house has a great layout, and was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Washer dryer was a nice addition as well. We’ll be back.

What a beautiful property! It was the perfect place to celebrate my teenage daughter’s birthday, grilling and swimming in the large outdoor space. The pool was enjoyed by all. Having a fenced in yard made it stress free to have our pup with us. The house was tastefully decorated, every detail thought of and extremely clean. The beach is so close and Vincent’s son was there to greet us and ensure we had everything we needed! This is one of the top places we’ve stayed at in a long time! We hope to be back!

The house was extremely clean and the pool area was beautiful. I loved that there were garbage bins all over the yard and the two fridges in the shed were so helpful!
