This charming ocean view, 4 bedroom, 2 bath unit went through a complete remodel and completed May 2023!!. All new appliances, furniture, in unit washer and dryer and central A/C. Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, your family, friends or reunion to ocean living. No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only. You will never want to leave deck. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience. This home may also be your potential cozy winter getaway, the ocean is beautiful year round!. Kid friendly. Please no pets or smoking.

Perfect location. Property manager is very nice and attentive. House is fully stocked. Plenty of everything, including gates to block children from stairs. Great deck with table for dinner with view of the ocean. Very clean and well attended.

The location cannot be beat, 5 minute walk from the beach which is awesome. That being said, we didn’t exactly realize that the very expensive house we booked was just the top two floors and a family with kids was staying under us. Also, on Saturday at 8 AM, the neighbors were cutting trees and looks like they’re doing some construction. Overall, the stay was enjoyable, but the rooms and bright and street noise or downstairs noise can be heard so it’s not the best place to sleep in until noon… but if you enjoy the beach and being outside, the host provides beach passes, umbrellas and chairs for your enjoyment!

This home is freshly renovated and in a great location in Belmar. We rented the second and third floor, which has some steep steps, but offers a little more view and privacy. There are 4 BRs and 2 BA- one of the rooms has 2 bunk beds and a futon. I think this is a great place for families with young kids- infants are a little trickier, but the renters do provide a gate and a pack and play. 2 gates would likely be better, as there are two sets of stairs. Also, bathrooms do not have a bathtub, which could be a problem for little kids. Overall- great place for a few days. Owner was easy to communicate with and a lot is walkable, so any on street parking is not that stressful. There is 1 off street space.

The property was nicely renovated and I found it to be very clean. With less than a minute walk to the beach, it was perfect for myself, husband, kids (5, 3, 1) and parents. The furniture was comfortable and the split system units kept the rooms cool. Phil was always responsive and was even kind enough to send us a baby gate, as we had forgotten ours at home.

House was perfect for our girls weekend. We spent most of the time on the outside area where the beach and ocean were in view. Easy access to everything in Belmar & other nearby beach towns. FYI for future guests there is only 1 parking spot at the house. There is free street parking but spots on that street can be limited, so plan ahead!

Staying at this location was unbelievable. Porch with a view of the ocean. Plenty of space throughout the unit. Plus close to the main belmar town strip. Truly great location. Also the host, Tina, was very responsive and helpful with check-in/out, and any questions we had during our stay. Very great experience and would recommend to anyone looking in the area.

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much! You are 4 houses from the beach and can’t beat the location. Overall we would stay there again. The mattresses do need to be updated and the grill is shared amongst 4 units (wasn’t a problem for us however), but the deck was incredible and acts as an additional room. Kitchen was fully stocked with any utensil we needed also!

We had a wonderful time in beautiful Belmar! A few steps from the ocean in a gorgeous neighborhood. The had everything you could want and more! Beach towels, chairs, games and a fully stocked kitchen. Communication with Tina and Mike was great. They are very attentive and responsive owners. Could not get over the beauty and charm of the old Victorian houses and the boardwalk.

We had a great time enjoying the beach at belmar and we were close enough that everyone could come and go. Kitchen wasn’t so well equipped and given the Covid situation we had to improvise to cook sometimes. The water was perfect
