Located in Amelia Island, this charming condo for $259 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This amazing oceanfront condo has a southern coastal charm with a relaxing atmosphere. This resort is in a securely gated complex on the desirable south end of Amelia Island in Summer Beach, located between the Ritz-Carlton Resort and the Omni Resort. The setting is in a lush coastal hammock forest with sand dunes directly on the beach. The developers purposely left much of the natural tree canopy intact to give a wonderful feeling of privacy and serenity, as well as preserve the beautiful habitat. This romantic, luxurious getaway offers a relaxing and inviting ambiance. From the carefully selected decor to the magnificent unobstructed ocean views from every vantage point. You will feel your stress melt away. The Private balcony is great for morning coffee and watching amazing sunrises or sipping refreshments in the evening as the sun goes down. From the second story, you have a perfect view of the occasional dolphin entertainment as they play along waves, as well as the natural wildlife throughout the dunes and beach. Great amenities are included in this charming second-floor, one-bedroom retreat. A deluxe king-sized bed, luxury linens (sheets and towels), and new appliances including a full-sized washer and dryer. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen. Newly updated bathroom with a walk-in rain spa shower. For your convenience, we have provided two beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and a soft-sided cooler bag. Other amenities are available at the Amelia Surf and Racquet Resort: Free parking directly in front of the building. There are 4 clay tennis courts, a boardwalk that brings you directly over the dunes onto the white sandy beaches, a shaded picnic area, and a bike rack located in the parking lot. Two large oceanfront pools to choose from with plenty of lounge chairs. Other favorite things around the island you might want to explore are the amazing walking and biking trails, quaint shops and restaurants on the Historic Riverfront, award-winning golf courses, luxury day spas, and the many delightful eateries of all kinds.

A little home away from with the ocean in view. Every morning, I would open the door, listen to waves crash & watch the clouds pass by all while snuggled in bed. I definitely felt the southern charm and warmth from being there and the owners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend this unit, and hope to return sometime next year! Cindy & Tony were such wonderful hosts and kept in close communication to make sure everything was going well. We were highly impressed with their condo unit which was very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. We absolutely loved the gorgeous view of the ocean and dunes, and the sound of the waves was so peaceful. The location was also nice with easy access to the beach & pool and running/biking trails. There are also plenty of great restaurants within a short driving distance, and Cindy sent us a list of ones that she recommended which was also helpful. We also greatly appreciated Cindy & Tony’s thoughtfulness shown by surprising us with sweet treats for our anniversary!

This was a wonderful condo for my wife and me! Fully stocked, great view of the ocean, close walk to the beach and great hosts! We can’t wait to come back for another visit soon. Host communication was great and even checked in halfway through the stay to make sure everything was okay. Only thing missing was a few extra days to stay :)

The condo and location on Amelia Island was exactly what was needed for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The view from the condo and sound of the waves was ideal. Restaurants are plenty, but a short drive away. It is worth the short drive into town to see the historic homes and downtown area/shops/restaurants. We would love to visit again!

Only suggestion I have is it would be nice if kitchen was better stocked and there were more towels for bathroom and kitchen. But would definitely stay here again.

The condo is in a very nice community. The condo itself was very clean, comfortable and the beach decor made for an excellent vacation get away. There were so many thoughtful items provided in the unit for out of town guests or if you forgot to pack something. Cindy checked in with us several times and provided help information about local life. I highly recommend booking a stay, you won’t regret it!

This condo is gorgeous- beautiful views of the ocean from every room! If you forgot something- no worries - the owners have provided everything- including a charcuterie and bottle of wine upon arrival. If your looking for a place to stay on Amelia this is a great choice.

The condo was gorgeous, owners pay so much attention to detail, location amazing and highly recommend going over to the Ritz Carlton for dinner at Coast and visiting Downtown Fernandina and don’t miss the shop Twisted Sister.

This property is exactly as pictured and stated in its description. It is beautiful and clean. Everything you need for a great beach getaway is there. There were many little thoughtful touches throughout which were appreciated. It was perfect for 2 adults. Not far from restaurants or the beautiful historic town center with its neat downtown shops and restaurants. Cindy was in touch with us throughout our stay to make sure we were well taken care of. The view was fantastic, but it is a hike over the dunes to the beach. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

I live near this property and booked it for my son and his wife, who had come to Amelia for a multi-generational family event at my house. They loved the apartment in every way: the location, the view, the furnishings and the property's amenities. They'd gladly stay again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to my neighbors who may need to put up extra guests or to tourists who come to visit our beautiful island! The owners were in touch with everything we needed to know before the rental started and clearly hold their home to the highest standard.
