CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. -Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. -We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. -DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days. I stayed 44 nights as a temporary living as my family and I are moving to the Corpus Christi from Colorado. Property exterior was in great condition. Inside of the property was comfortable with TV's in each bedroom which was nice for the kids. There was plenty of space for our family of five and two dogs.

As I selected on the categories, the condo/townhome was clean however we had a poor experience on 2 fronts.
1) A family member in our party had gifts sent via Amazon to the townhome-we got an Amazon notification that the box had been delivered with a photo of the box on the front porch steps of the condo. We let the property manager know and they let us know throughout the day that they never found the box but that they came by at least 3 times to check (we did send them the photo). The neighbor had a Ring doorbell pointing toward our door and sent us the footage where you can see Amazon leave the package ~10am, about 15 minutes later an SUV pulls up (unfortunately blocking the door view), the SUV stays at the home for 30 minutes (cannot see on the other side of the SUV), then they leave-and the package is no longer on the front porch. Our condo inspection notice shows they inspector came to the condo on that same day.We watched all video footage from the day from package drop off by Amazon until our family arrived and that SUV was THE ONLY CAR that came through the parking lot that day. We sent the video to the mgmt company who said they couldn't help (fair enough-however we also know they lied about coming by 3 times to check on the package). Also, a couple rang our doorbell that night looking for a bag of items they left on a previous stay that the mgmt company 'never found'-we also didn't find them. So it seems items are going missing routinely from this location.

The townhouse was great. It was perfect for my family. Everyone was impressed by the space and cleanliness. We were also very close to the beach. It was a perfect location.

This property is excellent for large families. There is plenty of room for adults and kids. There is plenty of silverware and dishes. Pots and pans are fine, but serving dishes were scarce. The 5 minute walk to the beach was manageable with the children in tow. Very clean when we arrived and comfortable for everyone. If we are in Corpus Christi again, we will stay there.

We had a great week in Padre Beach View 237k! We were a party of 5, and there was plenty of space for everyone to go about their business. The property was well maintained and had a very modern feel. All of the bedrooms had TVs and the internet speed was fantastic.The location is close enough to the beach to walk if you wanted to. It's also just a few minute drive back to the main drag where there are restaurants, shops, etc.The only issue that we had was when we arrived, one of the fuses had tripped, rendering the TV & Internet offline. After calling the management company, they dispatched someone immediately to fix the issue and had it resolved within 15-30 minutes.

Loved the place and needed some maintenance done stove light didn't work, lighting in the kitchen over head did not work sent a message to the host and the property did not get fixed hopefully done by the next tenant. did get there link in sink this did get fix right away. Over all the place is great and would be back if all is fixed.

Our rental experience was very pleasant. The condo was cute and very clean. The only complaint was the beds are pretty hard. But other than that we will refer folks and be back. It was as convenient to the beach and very quiet. The folks are very professional and friendly, very accommodating. Overall a good indeed up pace to stay.

As always the Padre Escapes Management Staff is amazing. Their promptness is stellar. We have rented vacation homes a couple times a year for the past 30 years. No one compares. We were lacking adequate cooking pans/pots, ie. no lids for pans. Within 1/2 hour we had what we needed. Our keyless entry on front door did not work, dead battery. Seriously someone arrived and fixed the door within 5 minutes. Our back door would not open and again here, gone and fixed in 20 minutes. That being said the house is a great vacation spot. It is within walking distance to the water and we could ride our golf cart to the grocery store and several restaurants. The beds are comvortable. The living room adequately seats several people and is also comfortable. The one issue we had was storage in the kitchen area. The pantry across from the washer and dryer was locked. We were left with only two very small shelves in a small cabinet beside the sink. Being that we stayed 2 months there was no where to put our groceries. Thus our kitchen looked very messy as we had things on top of fridge, on kitchen table and tops of counters. We will be renting a 3 bedroom next year with a bigger kitchen.But overall this is a great vacation home.Thanks to Sarah Harris, vacation expert, in helping us find a house for next year. She is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Thank you Sarah!

This is a great place for a family vacation it’s clean comfortable and everything worked the kitchen has plenty of supplies for meals the swimming pool was great with bbq pits inside the pool area the house was also supplied with everything u would need to spend the day at the beach across the street the beach was perfect with soft sand and waves for the kids to play in I highly recommend planning a vacation and staying here

There's a small fenced in area at the back to wash and hang your swim wear and pet but you had to go through the bedroom.
The pool was dirty, the water was opaque and had a lot of floating particles.

Talked with property manager and got the linens and did the rest of the clean up ourselves. Loved that there was a crockpot.

It was ok. There is no place for your pets to go potty except for on the rocks or on a field with stickers. Not very good for pets. Missing stuff in the condo. They said they would bring a toaster, never saw it. No bbq pits, only by the pool and it’s whoever gets there first gets them and 2 are broken. Need to bring your on grill. Pots and pans are needing replaced.

Downstairs bedroom had a ceiling fan with no remote so only had low speed, had to go buy fan. Wouldn’t go back to their again due to price. Not a bad place, just not worth the extra charges. Pool is only 4 ft, and shred with the complex. Pictures are taken to convey much bigger space than actual. Bedrooms were big enough.

We drove down from Dallas to spend a week at the beach. The location was perfect. It was nice to have the 3 bedrooms upstairs with the shared landing space so we could all get ready for the day and bedtime in one area. Pro tip - we didn’t know until we arrived that you can drive cars down on the beach (entrance is a block away). It was so easy to get all our beach stuff down to the beach and then be able to quickly walk back across the street to the house if we needed anything during the day.

Perfect for a family trip
We drove down from Dallas to spend a week at the beach. The location was perfect. It was nice to have the 3 bedrooms upstairs with the shared landing space so we could all get ready for the day and bedtime in one area. Good experience, easy check-in (2 hrs early👍) Facility as advertised, nicely outfitted and clean. Lacks a toaster so bring one. Was raining heavily and a circuit of lights kept kicking off - even after resetting. Would definitely stay again - very well outfitted

Loved this unit. It was great for my 3 kids and their spouses and kids. We had a great time. It was a little cool but the heated pool was perfect. Easy walking to the beach. I'd rent this spot again in the future. Suggestions for the complex would be: new pool lounge chairs, fix the splash pad- the drain didn't work so we weren't able to use it., the outdoor shower by pool didn't work so we had to use the hose to wash the sand off. Also, the controls for that shower are too high to reach. All in all a great vacation spot.
