After each adventure have a BBQ, read a book under the covered porch, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or watch Netflix. Very friendly owners can help you plan the best vacation experience possible. Give us a call now. Pinkie's offers a large driveway on the property that can easily accomadate several vehicles. Access the house from the driveway by a wheelchair friendly ramp or stairs with handrails. Fully furnished and well equiped kitchen for cooking your own meals. Washer and dryer available for your use, soap included. Full-Size hair dryers, shampoo and conditioner, plenty of fluffy pillows, and towels. Step inside the lovely cottage home and enter the bright, fully equipped kitchen with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry and modern appliances. Whip up favorite recipes throughout your stay and set the 6-person table in the dining room to share family meals. The dining area opens to the living room, where plush furniture surrounds the wood-burning stove and offers ideal spots to relax while enjoying Netflix on the flat-screen TV. We loved the house with all its old school charm while still giving us all the modern amenities (ie water softener and filtered water!). We had plenty of room for 6 adults. And the property was beautiful, we enjoyed the fire pit every night!
Connie was friendly and helpful. She stopped by to give us a brief history of the property.
I would highly recommend this place!!! If we are ever in the area again I’m staying here!!

Great country charm. Very peaceful. Love sitting out among the roses🙂. Lots of chickens and roosters walking in the yard every morning. That was fun! We enjoyed visiting with Connie and her husband. Connie's homemade jam was delicious 😋

Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. Home was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking meals. Host was responsive and accommodating!

We had the best time. We visited both Bryce and Zion while staying at Pinkie's Place. Connie was a great host, answering all my questions in a timely manner. She even left us bagels and cream Cheese for our first morning! What a treat! Would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinkie's Place! We loved coming back to our home away from home after action packed days in the parks. The owners are kind, helpful, and provided many great suggestions on area attractions. Pinkie's Place is clean, cozy, and well stocked with everything we needed for the week to make our stay enjoyable. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful week! Sorry we missed the car show but there was just so much to do!

Connie is a great hostess and made sure our stay was fantastic. She provided many suggestions for restaurants and entertainment, her communication was great and, she was helpful in telling us where to go for meals. The house is clean and well-kept, The only knock I have on the place is that it is right on highway 89, so there is some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. We came to see Bryce and Zion, and Pinkie’s Place was smack dab in the middle of those parks. All in all, we had a great time here!

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Connie is a wonderful host and even had left us bagels and cream cheese for our first morning. This was such a lovely home to come back to after a long day exploring either Zion or Bryce. For Byrce we ate at the hotel/lodge by Byrce National Park. We loved coming home every day to the black cat. We enjoyed hanging out with with her/him. We also bought food for the cat. She/he was very happy about that. There isn’t anything that we feel that you need to improve in. We would definitely stay at your rental place again and recommend it to other people. This charming farmhouse is in the perfect location between Zion and. Rice national parks which is hard to find. Located in a tiny quiet town, it’s a comfortable house with luxury linens, a horse across the highway, and everything you would need in a base to explore this area of Utah.

Home Away From Home
This cottage was so perfect for our stay to visit the national parks. Is is located 30 minutes from Zion and 50 min from Bryce. The cottage was immaculate and so well equipped. We were lucky enough to meet Connie who is so sweet, friendly, accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend staying here is you are in the area.

The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed to feel like home. Good location, we spent days in Bryce and Zion. Rented UTVs from a business right down the road. Overall, we had a great vacation with family and friends!
