Nestled in Carolina Forest, this attractive condo for $305 per night is a great choice for your next break. This meticulously maintained three bedroom two bath ground floor condo has been owned by the same owners since it was built. It will sleep six comfortably. The king bed in master can be separated into twins and the guest bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two full bathrooms. The guest bathroom has a full size washer. Enjoy the on suite master bathroom large walk in shower. Large dining table will seat six and galley kitchen has the essentials to prepare gormet meals. Flat screen TV with basic cable in living room, both bedrooms and free HIGH speed WiFi is provided. Enjoy the spacious and inviting screened porch. This makes your morning coffee and evening cocktails even better. Located in The Fairways at River Oaks. This community offers a great getaway with a large pool and picnic area just a short walk from the condo doorstep. Amenities include a large pool, kiddie pool, jacuzzi and plenty of lounge chairs for sunning. Picnic area has communal charcoal grill, picnic table and gazebo for guests enjoyment. Additional charcoal grill located just outside condo. Starter paper products, bed liens and bath towels are provided. Location is perfect with quick and easy access to major roads- 501, 17, 22 and 31 for an easy drive to all of Myrtle Beach's many tourist attractions and the various beach locations. Only a 5 mile drive to the closest beach and the same distance to Broadway at the Beach, this centrally located condo will have you returning each year! The unit was clean and as advertised. The location was convenient. The HOA needs to handle some issues with the community. I did discuss this with the property owner.

I liked it because it was in a very quiet area. We had a 1st floor unit specifically because there’s no elevators. I found this online and it met our need perfectly. The reason I gave it a 3 on accuracy is because the queen was actually 2 more twins, which met our need perfectly, but might not someone else’s. I did notify the managent about this. All in all we really liked it.

Non of the outlets worked in the bathrooms, We had to blow dry our hair in the dining room.
We did love Myrtle Beach, and it was a close distance to the beach which was nice.

We had a couple of problems with our stay. After traveling 5 hours to the condo we arrived and house cleaning was in the condo around 4;45. She said she didn't know anyone was coming in so she wasn't finished and it would be about 30 more minutes. So we had to get back in the car to go eat until she was done. It was very inconvenient to do this as we were tired and just wanted to get in to rest. As I told you, my son is in a wheelchair and getting back into the car was not what we wanted to do. Also when we got into the condo the guest bathroom had towels on the floor. Your condo was very clean but we were not happy with the problems that we had.

One thing though, the front large burner on the stove seems to have a shortage. It gets burning hot, then go all the way down, then gets burning hot again. It’s not working properly at all. I just have to say from booking to checking out was easy . Thank you Rachelle and the young lady who booked my extra day, you both were very kind and patient with me it’s greatly appreciated!!!!! Great property!
My family was able to enjoy this property on a recent trip to Myrtle Beach prior to my son’s deployment. It was just as promised clean and roomy. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on site and had a great time exploring Myrtle Beach. Check in and check out was easy and the property was well maintained. Look forward to staying here again!

Great Option
We traveled to visit Coastal Carolina University and for a golf tournament near by. This was an EXCELLENT location right between the university and Myrtle Beach - very easy access. This is a perfectly maintained and organized condo - very well stocked kitchen - and a grocery just 3 minutes away. Plenty of NICE towels in the bathrooms - no detail has been overlooked!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The property managers are awesome people to deal with. It was in perfect location to every attraction you may want to visit and for me cleanliness was AWESOME as well. My family loved it and we will definately be returning very soon....

Great Place!
Everything was just as described and the property managers were very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. We were just minutes away from the Boardwalk but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet at the end of the day. We will definitely be coming back but for a longer stay as 3 days just wasn't enough for the family to do everything they wanted.

Enjoyable Short stay at MB condo
Stayed at this condo for several nights while in town for Ripkin baseball event. Very nice condo, good location, clean, and management of property was very well handled. Will definitely consider this option in the future.
