Newly remodeled in 2018, we are ready to share our dream with others looking for a clean, comfortable condo vacation rental with the best of both worlds - a gorgeous golf course view in a resort setting only 1.2 miles from the beach in Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas. This large 3-bedroom, 2 full bath end unit is on the second floor in the desirable Magnolia North section of Myrtlewood Villas. Enjoy the beautiful view from the covered balcony watching golfers play Myrtlewood Club Pine Hills golf course and ducks, turtles, and other wildlife in the stream below all while relaxing on new armchairs or dining on the new counter-height table. Then stroll just a few yards to one of several resort pools for a swim before grilling on the provided gas grills and outdoor tables. Our well-appointed condo easily sleeps 6 comfortably: MASTER BEDROOM - looks out over the golf course and has a brand-new king-size memory foam mattress and full ensuite bathroom. SECOND BEDROOM - has a king bed with an attached bathroom. THIRD BEDROOM - also has 2 twin XL beds. The main bathroom also contains a full-size washer and dryer, and houses a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The living room with tasteful coastal decor has a large, comfortable sofa and chair that overlooks the golf course as well as a smart flat-screen TV, DVD player, movies and books from our own library, and a few board games for your entertainment. Enjoy free wifi and cable TV. Cooking is essential to any Italian family like ours, so you won't be disappointed in the well-stocked kitchen! The chefs will remain part of the action thanks to the open concept living all while enjoying a huge granite countertop prep area and the new stainless appliances including a dishwasher for easy clean up. Along with plenty of pots and pans, bowls, dinner settings, glasses (and of course wine glasses) you'll find a coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, knife set and crock pot along with starter dish washer soap, paper towels and coffee filters. The dining area is light and bright with stream and golf course views. Enjoy a formal meal at the table which seats 8 or a snack at the adjoining kitchen bar. The condominium is close to 2 of the outdoor pools complete with lounge chairs, bath house, grill, and picnic areas. Maximize your vacation time with the easy access, digital, keyless door lock system. No need to carry around keys or waste time driving to any office to pick-up or return keys! Myrtlewood is home to 2 beautifully maintained golf courses: Pine Hills and Palmetto. It is conveniently located just a mile back 48th Ave straight to the beach and public parking. It is also just 1.5 miles to Broadway at the Beach, and close to the Wax Museum, Go Carting, Putt-Putt, Myrtle Waves Park, Cal Ripken Field, an abundance of great restaurants and shopping. Cleaning services are provided at the end of your trip and can be arranged for additional service during your stay should you decide to stay with us for multiple weeks. This unit is our family's vacation home to allow quality time together. It's been a dream for 30 years which we are happy to be able to share. Two couples just returned from an 8 night stay. Condo was clean, nicely furnished and very well equipped. While we didn't utilize the pool, we did use the BBQ a few times, and had no issue. Very nice being able to sit and watch golfers from the very comfortable patio. Wouldn't hesitate to stay at this condo again!

We were in town for a baseball tournament at the Cal Ripken Experience. This condo was convenient to the ball field and the beach. The condo is lovely and was perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We enjoyed having coffee and conversations with our friends on the back deck overlooking the golf course and stream.

Our family had an excellent stay. The place was clean with a ton of amenities. It was a good time for our family to get away, spend time together and connect. Had a great time in the pool, the beach and Broadway at the beach. Looking forward to staying here again.

Overall this place was awesome!! Me and my sister took just us and our children here. Very clean, perfect location. 5 mins from the beach , 10 min from Walmart and 7 minutes from broadway at the beach which is where we spent most of our time. We have never been to myrtle beach but after this property staying here and the golf course and view is amazing! 20 out of 10 stars! Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back sooner than later!!

This was a perfect stay. This unit is as described. The check-in process was easy and communication was very good. Everything was less than a 10min drive away. It was peaceful, which was nice after being at basketball tournaments all day. Very spacious, we were able to have a team film session at the unit with no issues. We would definitely book this unit again when coming to the area.

The property was centrally located to all we wanted to do in Myrtle Beach. Very short drive to the beach and to many golf courses. The unit itself was spacious and well appointed and extremely clean. The deck overlooking the golf course was so peaceful. Great space to reconnect with our family.

Have stayed in many VRBO rentals since inception of the web site. Some places are obviously purely income-driven by the owners, others represent a pride which shows through when owners live in the premises much of the year. Sea and Tee Escape is included in the latter. Very clean, spacious property provided an excellent headquarters for our family's Myrtle Beach excursion. Would gladly stay again when we're down on the Grand Strand.

We enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The location is perfect and close to everything. The unit was very tidy and spacious. Our host was very polite as we were a little annoying upon arrival and the next morning. While checking out the view from the balcony we noticed many spiders and webs and our host responded quickly and let us know someone would be there to spray in the morning (not a complaint we purchased raid and it took care of it and we placed it in the laundry area for future visitors and I’m sure they sprayed). The next morning we needed beach towels and next thing we knew our host was there with a big smile with fresh towels for us! She also let us know she reached back out to HOA about the spider situation. We felt at home. Finding the unit was easy as well with not too many stairs. The only recommendation I could possibly give would be a little WD-40 on the master bathroom door. I got locked in for about 3 minutes but it was hilarious to our family. We will definitely be back!

We stayed from August 15-21 jokingly this was our honeymoon. It was the first trip as a family with all 4 of our combined children ranging from 6-14. We had a great time the property it is located on had multiple centrally located pools that the kids could swim in and often had other kids there swimming already. There was multiple restaurants and miniature golf courses within a few minutes drive of the property. The Beach was a quick 5 min drive to one of the many public parking areas along the beach area. Over all it was a great time our kids loved it the living situation was great. The kitchen is well stocked with all the possible cooking utensils and pots and pans you could possibly need. We shared multiple family meals while there around a very spacious dining room table. The only thing I would say bad about the whole place was the pictures you are using for advertising it do not do it justice the place was amazing and well worth the cost!

The property is way beyond what we thought it was going to be. The pictures don’t do the house justice. It was way bigger then it looks. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this condo and I plan on getting it again next year.

This place met all of our expectations. I can't think of one complaint. We had a wonderful time spending time as a family. The place had everything we needed to prepare family meals. We were on the beach without any problem every morning. Such a convenient location. We can't wait to come back. Property management was responsive when I asked questions and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

The property itself was wonderful. Exactly as described, which isn’t always the case in places. Property manager was available and prompt to answer any questions we had and for any assistance we needed. My ONLY complaint was that the balcony, a few corners in the ceiling, the fans had quite a few cobwebs. The rest of the property was clean and had anything we needed. Fully intend on renting here again later in the season or next year.
