Located in Carolina Forest, this charming house for $270 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome home to a quiet retreat. A clean retreat where you are the top priority. A detached condo located in the heart of Myrtle Beach minutes from restaurants, attractions, shopping and 8 minutes from the beach on Ocean Avenue. In town for a convention? The condo is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the convention center. It is central to everything you could possibly want to see or visit. Once at the home, you'll find a quiet, modern retreat. A 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 2 story home nestled next to a golf course. It boasts a two-car garage which gives access to three parking spaces which is prime in this neighborhood. The garage space is only practical for two standard size vehicles. While the paved driveway in front can accommodate a larger SUV type vehicle. The condo also has a small backyard which gives a great reprieve on those cooler summer evenings. The unit provides dining for seven supported by a fully stocked kitchen. The space is designed with families in mind. Whether they are creating memories in the unit or out on the sands of the Grand Strand. The Hummingbird is where memories are made. *The community prohibits motorcycles, trailers and motor homes as per HOA rules. Please Note: For security purposes this home is being monitored by CPI Security System. This system includes a video doorbell, door/window sensors, fire communicator, carbon monoxide detector, motion detector and two exterior cameras. One camera is located on the far-left side of the garage: monitoring the street. The camera in the rear is located on the far-left side monitoring the common area and street. The video doorbell is located at the front door. During your stay the alarm system will not be armed or monitored by host. The system is only in place for security proposes when the unit is unoccupied.

We had agreat time. The hiuse in proximity of restaurants, attractions, and just a short drive to the beach. The house was advertised and the host made sugns with all the family memebers name and left snacks and drinks for us. I would stay again. Had a great time!

We travel often & this property was hands down the cleanest rental I’ve ever seen.

Our stay at the Hummingbird was amazing. The owner is the absolute best. She was very responsive and accommodating. And let's not forget about all of the amenities which included fresh roses, welcome notes/signs, baked goods, kitchen items, toiletries, snacks, etc. Right away I knew the host, Simone, was a thoughtful person
She thought of everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The house is gorgeous and very spacious!! My party of six was very comfortable. We really felt like we were home. The home is nicely decorated and has alot of electronic amenities throughtout! And it was extremely fresh and clean! The location was awesome. We were literally right down the street from Broadway at the beach! The neighborhood was nice and quiet! It was absolutely wonderful. We are already checking the calendar to return for a visit!!

We walked in and all we could say was wow to how nice the property looked, access to amenities and the personal touches the host did for us. They really know how to be hospital. I wish we stayed longer on our trip. I’d certainly book again and recommend to others as well as take some design inspo from their property lol. The host was great, communicated promptly.

The pictures and description truly do not do this property justice. The location is only minutes away from beaches and the local attractions.
The layout of the house allows for multiple people to have enough space to enjoy the home individually and and also gather together for meals and movie time.
The work done by the cleaning staff is amazing and cannot be under stated. Each bath and bedroom were modern and welcoming.
Simone was in constant contact before and during the stay and was always pleasant to interact with. The welcome her and her team provided made us feel like our business was appreciated, which just added to the overall relaxing and inviting atmosphere of the house.
We come to MB for our annual summer family vacation (15th year) and this was our first stay at a VRBO property vs the condos on the boardwalk and this was by far our best visit due to Simone and the Hummingbird.
We have been spoiled and will be returning! Thanks again and see you next year!

When going on a vacation, where you stay at plays a huge role in setting the tone for the rest of the vacation. Needless to say when we walked into this property we were floored with how nice it was. Not only was everything clean, but the level of detail put into the property was tremendous. Everything from a personalized greeting, to special gifts left for us, to hotel like travel packs, there really wasn't much that I think was left out.
To me as beautiful as this place was, it was the attention to detail that made the most for our experience. Having things like beach chairs/umbrellas, board games and even wireless chargers in the bedrooms made this feel like a home away from home.
We have gone to many different place, including hotels, and I believe this was the best place we have stayed. I really appreciate the details the owners put into this place and look forward to coming back in the future.

OMG!!! We walked into a "home away from home"!!!!! The personalization in the ENTIRE house was unbelievable! We spent an entire hour downstairs just in AWE!!! We were in town for a mini-vacation/sports tournament and NO ONE wanted to leave the house!!! It was struggle leaving the house. Everything we needed was right there! We just wanted our vacation in the house. My family and I have traveled a lot of places and every summer we visit Myrtle Beach. THIS HAS DEFINITELY BEEN THE BEST BEACH HOUSE/RENTAL WE HAVE STAYED IN!!! I feel as if the host is now part of our family. She definitely personalized everything in the house and knew exactly what we needed and EVERYTHING was ready for us. T be able to have the presence of "peace" during the vacation is exactly what we needed! If we could have extended our vacation we definitely would have. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY A "10 STAR" STAY!!!!

My husband and I came to Myrtle Beach to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary and honeymoon. The whole trip was absolutely amazing. The house was perfect and felt like home as soon as we walked in. Simone was such a fabulous house host! She took care of us the day we booked our trip to our 5 day stay. She also surprised us with multiple personal gifts that were very lovely! Everything we needed for our stay was there and if we had questions, Simone was available to answer. I cannot recommend this home enough. The home was beautiful, very clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. Upon arrival, the host provided a wonderful welcome of snacks and drinks. There are more than enough towels, etc. We have stayed at many homes through vrbo and this was by far the best. The location was wonderful and close to everywhere we wanted to go (including the beach, Sports Center for a competition, restaurants, etc). Easy check-in as well.

What can I say about this property, other than it has been the best rental I’ve stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot of great VRBO rentals. The home itself is wonderful (clean, great location, etc.) but the thought that the owners put into welcoming us for our stay was absolutely above and beyond. We are truly thankful for the thoughtfulness they put into making our stay (and early birthday celebrations) at Myrtle Beach amazing.

We came to MB for a 4 day ball tournament. Simone had prepared snacks, waters and a sweet good luck messages to our girls playing ball. In addition to the gifts, each bedroom and bath were supplied with any item you would need, including beach towels!

This place was impressive, very clean, everything seemed fairly new, I would recommend to anyone going to myrtle that doesn't want to stay on the ocean. Beds were soft and comfortable and the washer and dryer made it even more convenient. The only cons for me our group was that the garage wasn't quiet big enough for the vehicles but we made it work, and no grill outback, which I understand completely.

Amazing Stay!
This property is everything! The host is truly amazing! They go above and beyond to ensure their guests are comfortable and feel welcomed! Our family was in town for a basketball tournament and the property was close to everything we wanted and needed. I’m talking within minutes. Our family highly recommends this property. When we need to book in South Carolina for our next vacation, this will be our first stop!

Truly Amazing!! Perfect Retreat after long busy days!
The property was absolutely perfect for our group! We had three moms and three daughters, so the 3 bedrooms were perfect! The house has ALL the amenities of home and then some!! Simone went above and beyond to make us and our girls feel welcomed and it was truly appreciated!! All the little details were fantastic and just made us all feel special. I can not say enough good things about the home (perfectly comfortable and cozy, while spacious!) and the owners!! We are already looking forward to booking this home again for next year!! Literally a home away from home!!

From before arriving To Myrtle Beach, Simone was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating to us. We did not just feel welcomed but felt very a home from the start.
