Located on the sand, this beautiful, restful beach is known as Carbon Beach or Billionaire Row, catering to many celebrities. Less than a minute to restaurants, world famous Malibu Pier and Surfrider Beach! The rental was designed by a renowned architect which shows in the great attention to detail and upgraded finishes. Wonderful vaulted ceilings make this vacation rental open and spacious. This luxurious 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom rental has a wood burning fireplace, hardwood floors, a very large deck and panoramic views of the coastline. The kitchen is fully equipped and accented with stainless stain appliances, granite counters, farmhouse sink, dishwasher, glass cabinetry and upgraded hardware. The full bath has a Jacuzzi tub and marble counters. Included with the rental is one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy. Fully equipped with all essentials: : gas barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining. We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs and the kitchen is fully equipped, so you don't need to pack those essentials. There is also a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. There is garage parking and the property is gated for extra privacy. You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation. There are panoramic ocean views, a large deck for relaxing and dining. Steps to a dry sandy beach with an outdoor shower for washing off the sand. Carefree with all the electronics: When you are not on the beach, you can enjoy the two flat screen HD TVs, Blu-Ray, stereo with IPod connection, CD player and Wi-Fi. Malibu Beaches: Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Malibu. This unit is on the sand with panoramic views of the ocean and the Queens Necklace of Santa Monica Bay. HIGHLY recommend. The apartment is larger than it seems in the pictures, and is very convenient and comfortable. It's well maintained. The property owner/manager was onsite and made our stay very easy and comfortable. He was very welcoming, too, and made it easy to feel at home. We would easily stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Malibu beach condo. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, and the soothing sound of waves crashing nearby was a real highlight. The only minor drawback was the occasional noise from Pacific Coast Highway 1 (PCH) traffic, but it wouldn't deter me from staying there again.

I took my mother here for a week for her 80th birthday, and while the location is magnificent, the two flights of stairs were a lot for her, and the large rocks that litter the sand path to the beach were just about impossible for her to navigate. The property manager Angel (a lovely, sweet man) did everything he could to move the rocks and make the path better - and Mom made it to the beach a few times - but Mother Nature had other plans for those little boulders every time the tide came back in. Overall, didn’t mind the humble (worn) furnishings at all, and the proximity to outdoor meals at the Malibu Beach Inn was wonderful. I only wish the description had made it clear that this location is probably not the best for seniors who lack 100% mobility. I wrote the property owners about the inaccessible beach the day we arrived and they never bothered to respond. They’re lucky they have Angel on hand.

This ocean-side property is extremely well-located and maintained. The on-site staff was very welcoming, friendly, and available to assist as needed. Our stay was comfortable, relaxing, and peaceful! We would definitely stay here again!

This location was ideal for our family of 4 adults. This bright and airy apartment was clean and literally over the ocean. The complex is small and quiet with easy beach access at low tide. The ocean sounds, view and ability to walk to the Malibu Pier, the Malibu Country Mart made it a winner. The beds and pillows were comfortable and plenty of towels available. Just a few tips...the laundry rooms were on the ground floor and were $1.75/ea. Quarters only. This apartment is up one flight of stairs (about 15 steps). The main bedroom faces the PCH and can be noisy if you are not used to street noise. We all enjoyed staying here and intend on returning for a longer stay.

My daughter, granddaughter and myself stayed at this property for our girls trip. It was very clean and larger than it appeared in the pictures. The Ocean view from the balcony was breathtaking. We would highly recommend this property.

You can’t beat this property for proximity to the Malibu pier and lovely beach views. It’s well kept although we did have some ant issues - they would pop up in a new location each day including my daughter waking up to them in her bed one day. Likely due to all the recent rains they’ve had out here. Aside from that it has all the amenities, is in a beautiful spot right on the beach and the owners were very responsive.

It’s always great to be on the beach. However, for the rental fee we were charged we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the condo (take a look at the top of the refrigerator) and the condition of the of some of the furniture.

This is by far the worst owners we have ever stayed with came back at night and entire place had strong gas smell we reached out to emergency numbers (2) and email and contacted owners we NEVER got any response we were forced to go rent a hotel room at midnight !!! They never sent a qualified person to check it out only a handyman never rent from sandpiper rentals

Property is at a great location facing a beautiful beach. We came back here after 4 years having been regular visitors pre covid. Everything is great. Only note of feedback - Queen mattress in kids bedroom is in need to replacing.

The pictures do not do this place justice! Absolutely gorgeous! The property was clean, the kitchen was larger than expected. Excellent communication from the host, easy to get in contact with and quick to reply to any questions. I would definitely recommend adding sheer curtains or something in the living room/kitchen area because boy does it get BRIGHT in the mornings but other than that everything was perfect. We loved staying here and would absolutely stay again.

We (two couples) stayed at this great beach property. We used it as home base to sightsee in LA and Santa Barbara, and also enjoyed relaxing and walking to amazing restaurants in Malibu. From sunsets on the deck and fires in the fireplace to walking on the beautiful beaches, it was perfect!

Beautiful location right at the beach and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay is there. Only downfall was that there was no air condition and it was hot and humid. But would definitely go back again.

The property was everything it was Advertised as, I guess I was Expecting more…. Like , Newer, More Plush, Fancier, more Beach area to use. Basically the Water came up to the building so we had no Sandy Beach area. You can walk the Beach a few feet or for Miles and find many places to carry a chair to. There is a Garage as advertised but it’s so narrow your not going to fit a car in there but… why would you?! And, I know it’s Malibu and Rates are High there, I think it was a little spendy for me for what it was. Happy I did it and now it’s off my Bucket List.

This is the second summer I have rented this unit for me and my family and it was wonderful as usual. Property manager Angel and his crew are amazing. Always attentive and quick to respond. Can’t beat the location. And he unit is well stocked. Can’t wait to return next year!

We have asked several time to provide assistance in cleaning the house but they came once just after 10 days of stay and neither provided any number to call. Except from a broom no other tools where available in the house so impossible to clean. Very bad assistance from local contact. The house needs better maintenance. Inside and outside.
