Located just a 10 minute stroll down North Lamar Boulevard to the historic Oxford Square, the unit is located across the street from restaurants Big Bad Breakfast, Snack Bar, Jinsei, Neon Pig, and is adjacent to Volta. The beautiful Ole Miss campus is located just one mile away. This upstairs unit has a large open living , kitchen, and dining area with travertine flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a 48" TV and a balcony with table and chairs is located off the dining area. Each bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and dedicated bathroom. Baths granite vanity tops, and cast iron tubs with travertine surrounds.

Extremely convenient to everything “Ole Miss”! Host was accommodating and responded immediately to our inquiry. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would (will) book again! Our one and only suggestion is to add a large mirror somewhere for easy apparel check while there! Loved it.

I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and must say this was one of the best experiences. I booked this property 14 months ago to show my Bama friends my college town. The owner has thought thru every detail of this property. The space is beautifully decorated. The beds are super comfortable with ample bedding and pillows. The bathrooms were stocked with items needed for the weekend. The owner provided a bag of coffee and a case of water. The icing on the cake was the bottle of wine and a bag of cookies from a local bakery! I will definitely book this property again! It’s a great location in walking distance to the Square and the University too!!!

Absolutely loved David's beautiful condo! We've stayed at many VRBOs, but this is definitely top of our list! If we owned our own place in Oxford, this is exactly what it would be. Everything was amazing and we appreciated the very thoughtful extra touches. So us!! We stayed with another couple (who were Auburn fans) for the weekend and the condo was set up nicely with ample space to gather and the bedrooms/bathrooms were on different sides which gave us privacy as well. Perfect stay for a perfect football weekend, especially beating Auburn! Hotty Toddy!!

This condo was a great location for parents weekend. It’s an easy walk to the square and very close to great restaurants like Volta and Snackbar. The condo was very well furnished with comfortable beds and every amenity we could ask for, including some nice goodies and a fridge full of water. Also great communications with the hosts. Highly recommend.

I could bot have asked for a better place to stay in Oxford for Double Decker. The unit is extremely clean and well appointed. It was perfect with an easy 5-10 minute walk to the Square. David was great to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Excellent location by Snackbar & BBB. Easy 5-10 minute walk to square. 1.5 mile walk to the grove. Tucked back off main road, so it is quiet. Would absolutely stay again.

Loved this property and it's location. Only thing to know is there is not a hair dryer on the property or toiletries (so bring your own). Other than that, it was great.

We loved our long weekend in this darling condo! We were on Oxford for graduation weekend and were able to walk everywhere. So close to the square and the grove! It is super clean and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again! David was so hospitable and quick to respond. I highly recommend this place!

This condo is very nicely appointed. Beautiful stroll to the square down Lamar to the square and close to several restaurants (BBB and Volta Taverna). The owners were really easy to work with as well.
